What changed?
Adore used to be known for their fast delivery. But my last several orders have taken weeks to arrive, last one was 8 days before I even got a shipping notification. What changed?
Not as good as it used to be
Promotions and rewards used to be way better. Used to be able to use a reward on a sale item and not just on full priced only and you used to be able to stack discount codes. I now only buy what I absolutely have to from here.
Not generous
What used to be amazing deals, stacked vouchers, great samples has now just been sad. It’s getting hard for value when other cosmetic companies are still offering the rewards.

I am given reward discounts and am not able to use them at checkout as the pop up doesn’t paste
Great range
I love the range in adore but some of the choices filters are questionable. I try to buy vegan, Australian made and cruelty free and I suspect some of the brands are not correctly filtered.
Menu doesn’t work
Browsing by category through the main menu doesn’t work on my iPhone. Sub-categories link back to main menu.
Easy to use but issues with payment
The app is great and easy to navigate, giving a seamless user experience to search and find the products you want. The issue lies with payment, where the app refuses to save credit card details (even after multiple attempts), doesn’t want to accept or process payment (by Apple Pay, credit card or PayPal) even after checking details were correct and there were sufficient funds. I tried to use the chat feature to get support in resolving the issues with payment, but was only able to get bot replies, which eventually said a representative would reach out via email - that was a day ago and I’m still waiting. If you want to direct more traffic to the app, please fix the payment glitches.
Reliable shop
I always go to AB since I found out this shop, they always have amazing deals and from time to time $20 gift voucher. I regret I didn’t know you guys long before.
Adore Beauty app does not allow Qantas Shopping points tracking
Qantas Shopping points tracking only works on the AB website, not the app. The website does not allow a discount code and a gift card code to be used together, only the app does. Therefore cannot shop via Qantas Shopping and use both discount code and gift voucher codes. The only way to use both discount code and gift voucher is via the app therefore having to forgoe the Qantas Shopping points. Disappointing and frustrating shopping experience where incentives are not honoured.
Stock issues
Been a customer for many years but noticed over the last 12 months stock is frequently unavailable and the range has shrunk considerably

Amazing products, advice and service. Brilliant for promotions for all your favourites. I love it for gifts too, collect throughout the year for Xmas.
Wasting time
One week waiting for my order which was over $190 and after chatting multiple times with a bot, finally someone messaged and said they don't have any stocks for the items they sold to me and was a technical error!! So they refunded me! So disappointing 😡

Less money, more expense. I spend $300 and “you’ll get $20 if you spent another $60”
Error with free gift
I reached the $120 and earnt free gift but received error message out of stock. Tried several times.

I used to app to get the exclusive discount but there was nowhere to add the code. It was a waste of time.

Order placed but unable to select Goodie Bag…
Placed $250 order and whenever I tried to include the Goodie Bag it kept timing out the order then advising the order already had a Goodie Bag but then said unavailable with any of the 4 selections so now I’m assuming no Goodie Bag will be in my order, which is really disappointing.
