Free Gift
When you are entitled to a free gift due to how much you’ve spent or the level you are on and the gifts are sold out or unavailable- you should be able to keep that on your account as credit until there is a gift in stock that you would like. I went into your TTP store and was entitled to a gift and was told I would either have to go to a different store or pick a gift that I didn’t want. Let people have a redeem date for gifts until you have adequate stock on hand.

I visited the shop on Monday (Labour Day). The website stated that the store would open at 10:00 am, so I waited outside until 10:03 am. The staff could see me waiting outside, but no one came to open the shop. I’m not sure if your opening hours are different on public holidays. If so, it would be helpful to update the website so customers are aware of the correct opening time.

Impossible to reach by phone
It is virtually impossible to speak to anyone in store and so I tried to call the head office many times. Each time it said the wait was more than 20 minutes. No offer to callback. Bit disappointing.

I love that you can shade match while staying home. I also love that it will recommend products based on your skin type. Love love love
App functionality
Not being able to view my voucher in the app without exiting from the checkout and therefore losing the information I had just put in (name, address etc) was super annoying. Took me 3-4 times to get it right bc I couldn’t commit the PIN number to memory.
Great app but
But we need shade finder.. it’s annoying how most of us probably need to go on the website and to find the shade and come back to the app if that makes sense ?
Signs me out too much
It’s a good app but it signs me out every single time I go to use it. I wish it would be fixed coz it puts me off using it.
Update
I am a frequent user of the app bc before I go to the mall I always check the app to see what’s in stock or like what I want etc, (I feel like a Karen writing this but wtv) one day I’m abt to go to the mall so I go onto the app and it tells me to update. I’m like ok cool so I try and update AND NOW IT REQUIRES FRICKIN IOS 17 my phone is iPhone 8plus which does not have IOS 17 so now I can’t use it, thanks Mecca team 😐

Not good
Every time I enter in a product and want to return to the main page, the arrow doesn’t work. I have to close to whole app and start all over again. Pretty annoying.

Love how user friendly the Mecca site is. Every product has a great in depth summery of the product which is great for me who lives aprox 3 hrs from my closest Mecca store.
Buggy
Needs an update. My cart is on a loading loop even after closing the application down and then logging out and back in again. I cannot clear any notifications. The app has been slow to react. Overall, poor experience

Love Mecca
I love the range of brands at Mecca. Love how you can exchange or return a product if it doesn’t suit, this avoids unused products in the drawer and wasting money. I would love to see more every day skincare.. such as Avene, I use a mix of Avene milk cleanser with Mecca cleansing balm 💜
