Extremely glitchy
I don’t mind Princess Polly as a brand, but this app isn’t very good. It’s extremely laggy and slow. SUPER glitchy, I checked the other apps on my phone to ensure it wasn’t just my connection and everything else runs smoothly so hopefully they fix this bug soon as it makes it really hard to shop

So slow and laggy
I love PP but this app is a nightmare. It is so incredibly laggy and heats up my phone for no reason. Please fix this because it takes the joy out of online shopping

This app is easy to use although can lag sometime and will show incorrect prices (will say things cost $0.00) but when closed and reopened the problem fixes itself. This shop include a student discount which is AMAZING and is by far my favourite thing about this shop!

ADD TAXES WHEN ADDED TO CHART. WENT TO CHECKOUT AND HAD TO TAKE HALF MY ITEMS OUT BECAUSE PRINCESS POLLY KEPT ON MAKING IT MORE EXPENSIVE
Can’t use Wishlist
App is good for browsing but there are some key issues that make the usability of this app really poor. 1. Can’t use the Wishlist feature!! I can’t load the tab, nor can I add anything to my Wishlist - I can only add it to my bag, so that’s what I’ve been doing lately to save the items I want to revisit later 2. Some links are broken, which makes it hard to search for some items Please get these working because I usually shop on my phone, and it’s much easier to scroll on an app rather than chrome or safari!

fix the app
The previous app worked far better than the current version. Whatever has been changed in the latest update needs to reversed. It has made the app slow, buggy and hard to use. All my wishlists disappeared with the new version and everytime I make one now they completely disappear in the middle of adding to them. Make that make sense. I love princess Polly but the apps new buggy update has made it unbearable to use and takes away the enjoyment of online shopping.

Happy but not
I absolutely love princess Polly’s clothes, and the fact that there is gorgeous plus size clothes is unbelievably amazing. But with the plus size section on the app it isn’t showing all of the clothes, and when you press on the “shop all curve” it brings up “oops, there was a error”. It has been like this for me for about a month or longer which is a bit annoying. Other than that I love the clothes but that really needs fixed 😭

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience with Princess Polly. They messed up my order not once but twice, and I ended up paying for packaging even though they claim returns are “free.” The error was completely on their end, yet they showed no apology or responsibility. On top of that, the material is cheap and nowhere near worth the high price. Their customer service is unprofessional and has no idea what they’re doing. Definitely not shopping here again.

Kept telling me there was an error when I try stroll her click on an item, every time I went to time shopping chart it was empty again after putting stuff in it.

Wishlist Feature Doesn’t Work
Unfortunately, the wishlist feature is a major letdown. I can’t add items to or even view my Wishlist, which is really frustrating. Princess Polly needs to update the app so customers can easily save and access their favorite pieces.

Love using the app rather than the website, it’s more convenient! The only thing I dislike is that I can’t seem to find how to access the rewards system on the app. Other than that, love it
i am not happy
I was just editing my cart and all of my items disappeared from my favourites and cart. Can you please fix it asap as i would like to get black friday sales.

i’ll be browsing their clothes and i get off the app for one second, only to come back for the app to be refreshed and i’ll lose track of the clothes i was viewing. other than that, the clothes are SO SO SO CUTE! but the prices are really steep.

can’t add anything to favourites/wish list
i tap the heart. it comes up with the sizing, i choose the size and tap save but it’s like it’s not even registering that i tapped save. problem has been like this for months, even on my old phone. not sure why.
Can’t see points on app
I usually use the app but because of RAIZ rewards, I have to use the website to make a purchase and the wishlist on there are different to the one I have in the app. Which is a little time consuming having to find each item that you were about to purchase again on the website. The other issue is, you can’t see the points on the app... I had only noticed they were point system on PP because of the use of the website.

Force Closes all the time
It is so bad I wanna give it a 0, but that’s not possible so I give it a 1. Randomly closes every 5 seconds, don’t even bother. Just stick to the website. Waste of storage and time lol.
Love it but...
So nice the app is easier to use than the website however my only complaint is when you leave the app for more than 5 seconds it takes you back to the home page instead of where you were.

Unwanted Emails
I bought one item and specifically asked not to be sent offers and promotions but they arrive multiple times a day. I am sick of trying to delete them all. You need to address your non contact issues.
Overall it’s a good app
Great app that’s easy to navigate and wishlist items as well. However, even if you leave the app for one second, when you go back on it refreshes and takes you back to the home page. It’s really annoying when I’m trying to browse but lose my spot every time I leave the app.

absolutely love it, makes shopping online so easy! personally would love to be able to have different wishlists though! i find it a bit overwhelming when everything is all in one & like having the option of being able to make say a folder for work clothes, accessories, festival & gig clothes etcetc!!
