don’t order
don’t order unless you want to wait 1000 years for your items to come. definitely don’t order if you’re ordering for an upcoming event. don’t believe the presale shipment times. For example, if it says it’ll ship early March. expect it to ship late May. they don’t respond to emails or messages unless you make a social media post. clothes are cute but could probably find the same things on aliexpress with faster shipping ☺️
Updated and way better!
Good updated app, easy to use and add to cart. Hoping they make an option to filter out or remove sold out products from their pages but other than that is visually great and good to use.
Can’t save items..
Can’t save and add items to wishlist - please fix!
Janelle dress
The dress is of exceptional quality however even after following the measurements the size was too big.
Amazing!!!
It’s soo much easier to shop on the app. Easy to navigate and see all the amazing items. Definitely worth installing.!!
Please fix it! So annoying
They sent me a free tote bag with my purchase encouraging me to download the app, so I thought oh yay maybe they’ve fixed it. Nope, the app doesn’t recognise my correct account details and even if I continue as a guest, every page just has ‘error...’ and won’t load. Please fix your app! I wish it worked like the ASOS and iconic apps do.
Love the app!!
Such an easy app to operate! Makes shopping so easy
App crashing
Love the app, but every time I try to filter (ie mini dresses!!) the app crashes and will not work no matter how many times I restart it all 🙄
Fix the wishlist
Love the app and fashion however haven’t been able to create a wishlist, access wishlists or save any items to wishlists for a long time. Please fix this.
So excited!!!
I’ve been so excited for a Peppermayo app! So easy to navigate and has everything spread out so evenly and easily. One of my fav brands so I’m very keen to get shopping :)
Waste of time
Don’t bother with this app. It’s a waste of time. NEVER works. Used to purchase from here once a month but app hasn’t worked in 6 months despite countless tries. You’ve lost me as a customer especially when I can get all your products elsewhere.
App doesn’t work
Just updated, still can’t sign in & when I click on the categories to shop, it does nothing.
Glitches
app keeps glitching and it gets really frustrating when I'm trying to make a purchase.
Customer Service so helpful
was having trouble getting the 15% off for downloading the app but the staff were so helpful!!! Thanks !
Fix!!!
Has needed fixing for over a year now!
Amazing!
Get to shop my favourite brand easier, and get notifications about items. I prefer shopping on apps over a website so this is perfect!!!!
Please fix
I download the app and it comes up error, I don’t even get the chance to shop.. are you ever going to fix your app?

Fix your app
I live for your brand but the quality of your app is horrendous! Please fix this issue!
Love this new app!!
Love this new app. Easy to use, pictures are fabulous and love the Wishlist option.

Keeps freezing and closing itself down

App has never faulted, love the fast delivery
Does not work
Does not work!
Loooove it!
I’m so glad peppermayo has an app now! It makes online shopping a breeze and I love being able to favourite items for later and easily see my orders on the app! It works perfectly and looks great 💕
Why bother?
Please fix your app! There’s actually no point in downloading this app, it does not work from the moment you open it. I have attempted to “sign in” and “create” and account in hopes to see any stock but in each case a warning comes up on a different language. There’s still no stock to be seen if you skip this step. Very disappointing, waste of time.
App and clothing review
Easy to order and save clothing that you wish to purchase, the app is user friendly. I brought a dress from here it was beautiful quality, quick shipping and update’s throughout the shipping process. 10/10 recommend this company for clothing.
Keeps crashing
Crashes when you try to change categories or search. Can’t even use the app because of this.
