WHITE FOX 💗
The clothes are amazing but I would like to see white fox do smaller sizes but overall it’s really great!!☺️
The worst
Even less than one star. The most disappointed.
Clothes are AMAZING quality, but the app is confusing
I ordered three hoodies, a pair of sweats, and other things and i love them all, but when i log into my account on other devices it doesnt save my wishlist or my cart, and even when i order things, it doesnt give me the loyalty points. Kepp in mind, i should have around 850 loyalty points. It would mean a lot if one of th employees could reach out
over priced
way over priced for poor quality
White fox app
I love the white fox product but had a few issues using the app when it wouldn’t let me alter my cart. It took three attempts over a few days, then the cart started working again. A few items I wanted products sold in that, so a bit annoying. But absolutely love the white fox products. Great quality.
Hoodies
The hoodies are so unique and comfy good quality and I would be definitely buying again
Rip off
Very disappointed with sizing and shipping and returns policy will not purchase from here again
Ordering
Just a note that it wud be great if there were reviews to help with sizing, Color’s and comments… Thanks
Non existent Customer Service
I received a sale item that was faulty and I sent an email with photos included to get a refund but I have not received any response. This was done on the day I received my order which was almost a month ago. I was going to send through a second email but a nasty message comes up saying your email will be put at the end of the queue if you send multiple emails. This company has no other point of contact than through an email yet you get no response which is very frustrating for a customer. I have never experienced this before with any other online business. This was also my first time ordering through white fox so not a great experience for me. Answer your customers people they are the ones keeping your business alive.
Love the pieces just expensive

AMAZING
the website is super easy to use and has a massive range of cute and comfy clothes. This is one of my favourite brands ❤️
Horrible Service
Don’t buy from White Fox!!!! they take for ever to reply to your email if they even do reply, they will send you faulty items and when you try and get in contact with them to fix something that was 100% THEIR FAULT they will fully ignore you. Their clothes are awful quality anyways.
Sign up discount
I signed up days ago and I still have not received my 20% discount for my first order and now I’ve made a first order otherwise I’d miss the 30% sale so I guess I’ll miss out on my sign up discount. I have emailed about it twice and no reply rather poor customer service!

Return not available on the app
I cannot check my return order in the app. It’s been over 3 weeks since I’ve sent $200 worth to return because the size wasn’t accurate and quality also wasn’t good enough and I haven’t heard anything back from them I have sent an email asking what’s happening and also no reply, I don’t know another way to contact them and I don’t know what’s going on I wonder if I don’t hear back what can I do, who will give me the money back ???
