Admins service
Hello, called today for an item is it was there and needed but wasnt available to go directly and pick up. Admin Mugee was so kind and helpful going out of her way to find my item and put it on hold at the cashier until i was ready to pick it up. Uniqlos service is really great😊
Unusable
Tapping the CONTINUE button on the “Welcome to UNIQLO App” screen makes a spinner appear indefinitely and the app never goes beyond that screen.
Good but
Great app overall, but it doesn’t seem to support Liquid Glass on iOS yet. It would be great to see an update that takes advantage of this feature for smoother visuals and responsiveness. Looking forward to future support!

Hard to navigate
I love this brand and the styling options. The materials used to make the clothes are top quality. But I can’t navigate this app. Get tired looking for what I need in the app.
Exceptional
Apps really easy to use. Love the quality of all there clothes. They focus on the essentials in colours that will go with everything. You can’t go wrong with shopping at this store.
The app doesn’t open
I have tried multiple times but the app doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t go past the welcome page.

App is good; responsive and easy to buy. Just remember to turn off app notifications. Ridiculous amount of promotion notifications
Please fix these issues
The wishlist doesn’t display item prices anymore, have to view the item to get the price info. Users have to keep scrolling through the purchase history to find older items and after viewing an item’s details, the list returns to the top instead of the last viewed page.
No apple wallet
Still waiting on Apple wallet integration for the membership card
App bug and no way to report it.
I can’t use the app because it has a bug which is stopping me from getting past the terms and conditions page. Bugs happen, not the end of the world. However, not being able to report the bug is very annoying. Uniqlo, in their wisdom, have provided their privacy policy page as their developer link and admitted I didn’t read every line of the page, but a search of the page for the word ‘support’ provided 0 results. I even tried contacting their online chat, no dice. Other than that, is the app any good? I guess I will never know.
Wishlist not saving preferred size
The app is generally pretty easy to use and navigate. I like the barcode scanning feature to help me save it on my wishlist or look up stock in other colours/sizes and other stores. I’ve found it annoying though that when you save a specific item to your wishlist, even though you select your preferred size beforehand, when you jump back to the wishlist it doesn’t show the size you prefer and just showing a size by default (eg. Women’s S or Kid’s 7-8 etc.) - wish this can be fixed. And even showing the size you want/saved when you browse through your wishlist so you don’t need to tap into that item to find out which size it is.
Really Disappointing App is not International
I travel, as do many people, my app is UNIQLO AU. I cannot use the APP at overseas UNIQLO stores. So many lost benefits. The developers and UNIQLO need to take a look at this narrow thinking and offerings.
Problem: Wish List does not display prices anymore
Recently, on my IPhone 13 Pro, the prices of items in my wish list does not show up anymore.
Hard to navigate
Worse app ever. Its so hard to navigate, not easy to use. They said they updated the app but still not easy to use.
Navigating challenges
Navigating is difficult and annoying. Improving this aspect of the app could really improve volume of orders for Uniqlo. Sometimes I just give up after several attempts unsuccessfully searching for items.
Unusable
App is extremely laggy on scrolling through items since the forced November 25 update, completely unusable for browsing.
No receipts?
It doesn't do the ONE thing that would be most useful.. keep your transaction receipts

Terrible update - women’s tab doesn’t work, Font makes it look like a child’s demo site.. the old app looked and worked better !! Pleased fix it
Fire the PMs and designers
Maybe you should just fire the mobile app product managers and design team. Their ability to make the UX worse with every update is truly masterful. They consistently make all the wrong decisions with the confidence of visionaries.
