Separate orders
I placed an order and within 5 min I wanted to add to my order but they were not accepting the additional item, therefore I had to pay extra delivery
Signing in
The key pad doesn’t appear when you try to fill in details for account. Had to go through Apple Pay then PayPal. Besides that, I love the range Temple & Webster has to offer.
Difficulty with VISA Payment method
The checkout states it allows VISA payment yet it did not accept my Apple Pay visa credit card as it is also a debit card. Very inconvenient if you don’t actually have a credit card.
Is a bit buggy
It’s a bit buggy. Discount codes don’t always work and you don’t get free shipping like the website promises. Things I put as favourites disappear and the pictures for 2 different items seem identical sometimes. Makes it hard to know what I’m ordering.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am writing this review on 13 Aug. I bought a tall boy on 31 May. So you can guess how long I’ve waited. I’m still waiting btw. Just go to Kmart or Target at this point, the quality is the same anyway. This is the most unpleasant purchase of my life. Please buy from them if you want constant headache, unpleasant shopping experience and uncertainty around when your products getting delivered.
Beans great App not so
I would give the brand products and services 5 star- and I would give the app 2 stars it is clunky, and most times a page or two into scrolling it stops performing I have it updated in on 5 G, cleared cookies etc - mobile app has done this consistently . It becomes clunky, out of sync and so difficult to scroll after looking a a few items or moving past one to two pages. Eg having to stop scrolling after looking a 10-15 coffee able - When the search number is approx 550 coffee tables is a shame. It’s so irritating and non-functional one must get out of the app and try again, which means I likely abandon it and I rarely finish my searches due to app performance. This has happened for at least a 6 months - I update the app and the scrolling issue continues and hence my shopping with T&W has definitely changed and declined

Free delivery not free!
Disappointing. I live in a capital city in Australia. If you advertise for free delivery you should honour your pledge rather than slug it on at the checkout.
Shipping surprise
I don’t like that shipping jumps the delivery around so much. Other sites will bundle or discount for multiple purchases

I ordered a product from here, but unfortunately some parts were missing. I raised a complaint, but it has been over a week and I haven’t received any response. This was my first time ordering, and the experience has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this service.
