Payment issues
For the past 2 months, I’ve had to call up to pay for and finalise my order. The App keeps giving messages regarding the payment ranging from incorrect nuance to payment authorisation timed out, but no code is sent to my bank. The exact same thing happened when placing my dog food order of over $350 last month and I figured the issues with the app would be fixed by the time I need to order again. But whatever update you did, has not fixed this issue. So I put the items in my cart, call up and they have to take payment over the phone using the details of the card that is saved in the app that I tried to pay with and it works for them. Last time they said it was an issue at the time. But clearly it is ongoing. It’s really inconvenient to order on an app and have to call up to pay. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app. It would be great if you could fix this. It’s worth adding that I updated the app and refreshed and closed and logged in again I’m still having the same issue.
Was good but not anymore
Not sure why we get told to download this app when I can never get it to work, just one big yellow screen. Then when I try to access the web page, it just directs me back to the app that doesn’t work. The app is slow and painful, will delete

Broken app
Your app is broken, when I launch it I just get a yellow screen. Worse of all, whenever I go to your website it tries to launch the app when I sign in, so effectively I can't shop with you on my phone at all. Update: uninstalled and reinstalled and app and it now works
App now glitchy
This went from a great app to being super glitchy. The screen will glitch (up and down quick movements), the search function will not always work, using the app to talk to customer service will not allow you to re-enter the chat if you close your screen or look at an order number in the app (yet does not end the chat on the worker’s end), unsure if app related but my regular orders do not go through (and customer service was no help). I like Petbarn regardless, and this app was super great up until a month ago. I know software can be a pain, but please fix this. I have closed the app and deleted and redownloaded too. It is also like this on my friends’ phones. Thank you!!
User friendly
Love this app I can look at my last orders and order from that. Great Multibuy specials too.
Invalid pet name
Won’t let me put Mr puddlesworth as my pets name why would it say it’s an invalid pet name there all sorts of strange pet names stupid app
Won’t open
Hey team not sure how to let you guys know other than making a review. Your app just freezes on the yellow loading page and won’t open at all for me or anyone in my household. All of us have up to date apps and use different devices so not sure.
I got something different
So I ordered the omega 3 cat oil and instead of a pump I got a twist lid which is so annoying bc it goes everywhere and so I have to get a tissue to clean it. I want a damn pump so I don’t have to deal with this problem

It’s great to be able to look up products available especially food. Click & collect option is handy.

Not working at all
I become a member at the store, so happy I downloaded the app. What a surprise, just signed up process worked. then Landing at the home screen nothing is working at all, no a single interaction works. Not even scrolling. How is possible this frozen app was approved by apple 🫠😤 I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max. iOS Version 26.5.

I love the convenience of using the app to order, reorder and use esmy reward dollars on purchases… the ease of home delivery same day makes this shopping experience effortless, fun and practical.. I keep coming back!!!

Cant log back in via facebook. Pointless for those with a loyalty card 🤷🏼♀️

Didn’t even get a chance to use the app.
Downloaded after it being suggested to me, haven’t even been able to use it once, every time I open the app it’s frozen on the page it opens to.
Always frozen after downloading.

So the whole thing is just frozen
As the title says, downloaded the app, got through the set up screens, get to the app proper and literally all functionality is completely bricked. Issue persists after a reinstall. In dire need of a patch
