- Forces you to log in daily
- Hard to find items online
Absolute bargain!
I bought a lovely lavender colour cardigan yesterday for only $7. I couldn’t believe the price and how good it looks.
Big w
They sell mostly rubbish type goods that are overpriced and very cheaply made and you end up throwing them with in a few months Much better To buy a better brand product to start with from a reputable firm with proper extended warranty
Big W app
The app could be improved. It struggles to find items online unless the exact wording is used. I also find a lot of the items advertised is for online only or market place which is very annoying. There needs to be an option for items that are available in store.

Needs to be made to fit iPad better
Terrible App
The app is awful. I can’t even see It full screen. It’s easier to just use the internet search.
Free postage is great
I’ve been very impressed with Big W online shopping.
Big W App
Hate It!!!!
Great Site
Wonderful variety with competitive prices. Deliver is reasonable priced & arrives promptly.
Buggy Login Process
Why is that I have to log in to the app daily. It does not stay logged in. Before you say remove update and download I have done that. Using latest iOS software update as well. Never had this auto log out of app issue when I was on an android. I am sick of having to sign in and authenticate every day on iPhone. Simple test for you. Do any of your staff own an iPhone?? and tested the log in to app on their phone and check it a day or two later realise they have to log in again.
App is clunky
App doesn’t work sometimes
Awesome!
We love BIG W! We have our clothing needs met as well as other miscellaneous items we get to purchase simply by BIG W having them available. I bought shoes and undergarments and the quality has been fantastic. Thanks BIG W! Wish you were still at the Parkmore Plaza but we make do with the one at Southland Mall! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Review
Overall good but loading is a bit slow and glitchy
Not enough style for bigger ladies.
I am disappointed in the not so much variety and style of clothes for larger ladies. If you’re over a size 18 then the variety and style doesn’t exist. I am a lover of cartoon T-shirts and just because I am 73 bigger than 18 or 2xl is all you have. I find big w just doesn’t do well for the larger size women.
Easy buy
Very good and convenient
Big W marketplace
This is like shopping on Temu avoid avoid avoid

Big W sell goods on Marketplace but take no responsibility for when they don’t work or even hold the Marketplace seller or manufacturer to account. Big W listed it and sold it so abide by Consumer Law!
Good products
Good products & competitive prices & online have products not all in store so more to chose from
Pensioner
I now can’t order from my phone because you decided to update the app and my phone is too old to install it. I am a pensioner in an aged care home and I was a good customer of Big W , but no longer because I can’t-have the app or afford a new iPhone. There was nothing wrong with the old app .
Very helpful
Must need app

Big bargains
Big W has great prices & lovely staff. We need to support Australian businesses! Always go there to buy jarrah coffee & come out with other bargains,
Why ??
Ordered some essentials for my new house and paid $1200 for a couch and some towels etc and after all the time it took to log in and buy over 20 items and I get an email from Big W saying they have cancelled my order because they thought it was fraud ? Yet they took my money and now I have to wait 10 business days to get my money back and then re order ?!!! Nope sorry I won’t be back to shop with Big W. As a disabled woman it shouldn’t be this hard to order a couch and now they have my money to make interest on as it sits in their account… The shop can refund you on the spot but an online order that they cancelled will take 5-10 business days …
