Attended Bunnings Wagga Wagga today to purchase an PVC outdoor blind, a staff member I spoke to advised where they were, but on finding the items NOT a staff member to be seen anywhere, to seek assistance , what has occurred with employing people to serve, you are successful business don’t fall into a hole by being smartarse and thinking people will stay with you, no service turns customers away very quick. Thank you

Super helpful. Lists, in-store directions, receipts are all great. Just wish I could add the Digital Card to my Apple Wallet
I expect better
It can be so useful … when it works. But dang it, it so frequently doesn’t work. E’g. I was trying to use it to pay for a cart load of items and my discount just now, and it just wouldn’t allow me to login. 10 minutes of stuffing around to no avail. Ended up leaving the lot there. 🤷

Frustrating online shopping experience
I've unfortunately never been able to successfully add items to my cart using the app. Every time I try, I receive the error: "Something went wrong. Please try again in a few moments or try adding products to your list for later." The app is updated to the latest version, so I'm not sure what is causing the issue. It's particularly frustrating when I'm trying to shop online, as I can browse products but can't actually add them to my cart. I'm hoping this is something that can be improved in a future update, as I'd really love to be able to use the app for its intended purpose.

Ok app but the recently introduced AI”Buddy” is obnoxious and irritating. How do I turn the darn thing off?
Update logs you out
Every time you force an update you kick the user out making them have to find their log-in details again. Not all apps do this. Very frustrating.

Can’t update latest version
Once again, another app that requires iOS 16 or later!!!🤦🏻♀️ Not everyone can afford the luxury of a new phone to update apps. I would love the developer to reply to me explaining why iOS 16 has to be the minimum requirement. If it’s some techo thing, fair enough. But I’m yet to get an answer from any developer that I’ve asked thus far!
Good but…
Overall the app works quite well, but there is a major bug — Update. This isn’t resolved but I was given the workaround of turning off auto fill which is not ideal but at least it’s a good temporary solution. Looking forward to updates on this! — in terms of letting people login, it hasn’t worked for as long as I’ve had to the app, it works for some people and not others… I just get a 400 bad request or page not found or loading forever, I can never login so I can never use my digital card. So annoying I would love if this could be fixed because I actually otherwise enjoy the store and the app
Lithgow Bunnings always out of stock
Whom ever is responsible for the stock levels in the Lithgow store, they need retraining to ensure product availability. More often than not I’m having to drive to Bathurst or Katoomba because the Lithgow store is regularly out of stock. The outdoor checkout area is regularly unattended by staff, creating unnecessary wait times for customers and some staff are down right, intentionally unhelpful.
Cannot Order & Pay!? Why?
I have tried before to reach Bunnings to get this problem fixed. They say it happens to some people. There’s been ap updates but still cannot purchase my order for Delivery. Order goes through but behind the scenes my payment is credited back to PayPal! So confusing. Why? Why can’t you fix this? Really frustrating.

This is the most convoluted, frustrating website I’ve used for click and collect. It keeps sending you in circles, especially when trying to pay with PayPal. I shouldn’t have to download extra apps just to use this obtain for payment. If you only accept credit cards, remove PayPal as an option.

Slow and sluggish pos
Why do companies bother to make an app, and then not optimize its performance and usability? Navigating and searching has constant pauses and stutters. Any IT undergrad could fix this in a few weeks and yet Bunnings couldn’t be bothered.
Login issue
The app freezes after login process and unable to return to app home. My phone got hot while doing this. Please fix the bug.

★★★★★ In my opinion, Bunnings remains the best business in Australia for professionalism, organisation and genuine attention to customers. I have never found another major business offering the same consistently high standard of service, supported by such friendly, patient and helpful team members. I would also like to sincerely thank Bunnings for introducing the ability to search for a specific item among the digital receipts stored in the app. It was a feature I had personally requested, and seeing it implemented confirmed that Bunnings truly listens to its customers. I would now like to suggest one further improvement. Bunnings team members can already enter an item number into their handheld device and make a small red light flash on the relevant electronic price label, allowing the product to be located immediately. Allowing customers to activate the same flashing light through the Bunnings app would be an outstanding feature. It would make products much easier to find, especially among similar items, while avoiding the need to interrupt the always kind and helpful staff for such a simple request. Thank you, Bunnings, for continuing to set such an exceptional standard in customer service, professionalism and innovation.

One of the best apps hands down for this sort of thing literally almost anything if you look it up and look at your store it will tell you exactly where it is good job who ever made the app
Bunnings app no longer works
The app no longer works on my iPad or my iPhone, when I open the App up, it tells me to update the app, go to the App Store and it tells me I already got the latest version, open it and same again once opened it tells me to update, its a vicious cycle
This app needs work
Hi, it’s easy enough to find stuff. BUT if it’s not available at your local store, intuitively you would go to delivery assuming that the office will source from somewhere that does… BUT you have to change store then click delivery. The wonderfully helpful person in New Plymouth Brunning’s told me how to do this. Apparently she gets asked this multiple times per day…there’s no easy way to order unless you know this. No explanation given either

So easy to order online. However we were happy to view in store first but we needed a delivery option

Ever simce the AI features were added it’s become so painfully slow. Having to jump out of the app for Reviews is annoying, and then the site (in browser) is even slower!!! I’ve found I have to close the referred-page and start it up fresh. Definite multilevel glitches going on.

Clunky payment system
Tried to buy “click and collect”. Would have been easier to drive to the store and shop. Your system asks for my billing address which is a PO Box number, as we don’t get Austpost delivery, but your stupid system would not accept it. Why ask for “billing address” if you won’t accept my official billing address. Why not ask for a “delivery address” or “home address”?. Very stupid.
