Very unreliable
Fuel lock SOMETIMES works. Very frequent errors “ something went wrong”. Visits / rewards unreliable & visits VANISH (and the are no rewards to activate). I had 6 visits- now I have 0 zero and there’s no rewards to activate or redeem. I just scanned the app barcode when buying fuel and still zero visits. The app has potential- but is very flakey and unreliable.

I love the money I save with fuel and also the buy 3 for $13 with chips and lollies and choc combos. Cheaper than super market.

My app said I had one more visit to get a reward, I scanned my card but everything went back to zero, and did not receive a reward .I reached out to the Online complaint and they never got back to me.

Loyalty rewards buggy and don’t work
For the second time I have had a free coffee not work on my app The app shows that I have a free treat available but when the card is scanned I’m charged. Please fix it or remove the offers it is misleading
App use to be good
Use to allow me to shop in store with the “pay and go” option to scan products I wanted but now it doesn’t. I hope devs patch this up/fix the app asap.

Fuel lock cancels days before expiry
The fuel lock is meant to remain in place for 7 days. On more than one occasion it’s drops the fuel lock immediately after the weekend. I tested it this weekend, locking the price at 9am Sunday morning. The next day fuel lock is gone.
Fuel lock not locking
I have recently tried to lock a price but I keep getting an error code. And by the way- others saying the lock price locks you in for a week if price goes up… just spend $5 at the higher price, .. that should remove the lock once you use it.

Cannot register or reset password
Got a new phone, transferred all apps and most have kept their logins. 7 eleven didn’t, which is fine, but now I cannot reset my password - the screen allows me to enter the emailed security code but not hit the verify button. Tried reinstalling and registering a different email address - same issue. It has been over a week now so I’m assuming 7eleven isn’t noticing a plummet in new registrations!

Contacted customer service in regards app not working for Pay&Go twice and no one got back to Me. I have a toddler and it no working is poor service since is offered by 7/11.

Fuel lock
Totally misleading as the lowest price is only locked in for 15 minutes not seven days as stated. Why they have to lie like that is beyond me I locked in my local price at $1.75. Filled up the tank when I went to pay for it the fella scanned my card and the price I was charged was the current cheapest locked in price not the one that I logged in originally. So I won’t be fuelling up at 7-Eleven any more.
