Super functional and conveniently featured
Fantastic app. Love the quick repeat function as I can lock down my parking with just a couple of taps. Really well designed
Can’t use the app log in gateway fails
Unable to log in sent round in circles go on website can log in and pay no problems . App is not useable
Underground ???
App doesn’t store QR code, exiting car park is a problem if you don’t have the PIN. Bad design, screenshot your details if you want to go home after parking
Perfect for 1 day
I booked for a day, was easy to use, the price still same as before to book. Perfect for a week-end !
Poor user experience
I find scanning the QR code never seems to work when l am trying to enter or leave? Even when l use the PIN number the keypad fails to respond. I have two other parking apps Ezypark and Parkat they are a breeze to use. Perhaps you should look at them and see how you can improve this junk.

5.5 NZD charged, but the message says 5.5 USD??? Do you not have any QA at all?
App is full of bugs
App is absolutely useless. Simple functionality ends in error screens. Not even the hourly date selector works. Delete it or go use the Wilson’s Parking app.
Doesnt let you book
An error pops up when you try to book, just use their website
Where the developers dropped on the head?
I don’t understand on what planet you would have the option to view past bookings, when they just delete automatically? I have to call the hotline constantly to get receipts for work expenses - the Wilson parking app is so much better - the only redeeming feature is the ability to view the access code in CarPlay. There is a Wilson’s another 300m away that’s more expensive - I think I’ll just start going there
Awful
Asks for so much unnecessary personal information it’s crazy. App says it accepts AMEX and will save the card details, but it’s actually a total lie. Screw these guys.
Dogsh*t
Slow, clunky and tedious. Where is the Apple Pay, it’s 2026 c’mon? The software developer who thought it would be “cool” to make it a “swipe to start parking” should be ashamed to make eye contact with their mother. Put parking machines back in your car parks instead of making me use this useless app
Buggy design app
Such a worst UI and bug apps ever.
Hands down “the worst” Parking App ever!
Absolutely useless app! Wouldn’t let me reserve or pay for parking as start time kept giving me an error message asking me to reserve start time more than 15minutes in the future no matter how many times I tried! Had to phone customer support to reserve & pay the parking fee over the phone!
App doesn’t work
Keeps saying “error while creating label” when I try to book any car park and I can’t proceed.
