Can’t add tickets
The app allows you to scan the barcode but no tickets are added to the account. You then can’t add you photo which will slow down the process on the day.
Could be better
I recently used the app when visiting parks. Rides need to be able to be filtered by height/age. Ability to highlight to do rides and tick off. Alerts for wait times on selected rides or closures Ability to create a day planner. Maps are vague and no info on entry/exit areas Easy enough to use, but lots of options for improvement

Been having trouble adding our passes to the app, have tried multiple times and different ways, a message shows that they have been added successfully but still cannot see the passes in the app.
Useful app, passes won’t persist
This is a useful app, however my annual pass disappears on a regular basis and requires me to sign out and sign back in again for it to reappear
Photo upload issue
There seems to be an ongoing issue with uploading photos to the app. I’ve tried multiple photos in multiple formats on my iPhone 17. The error message says:”We’re sorry. There was a problem saving this photo. Please try again.” I’ve followed all the instructions for a clear headshot. An hour of my life I won’t get back - super frustrating.

Triple the wait time
If you triple the advertised wait time you’ll be less disappointed
Great app, some functionality not yet active.
Great app, and have yet to encounter and crashes or issues as have been the case with previous VRTP apps. Despite being published in the App Store the app is currently in testing, as such the Virtual Que functionality is not yet active at Sea World or Wet n Wild.
Photo Upload Problems
Could not upload a photo no matter what format. Frustrating problem as it seems to be an ongoing problem that has not been fixed. Was also unable to load my pass to my Apple Wallet. Many inconsistencies with this app!
Can’t add tickets!
My tickets disappeared and now I can’t add them back to the app. I scan my barcodes and it says they successfully added but they are not visible in the app

Why hasn’t this been fixed when people have been complaining about it for so long? Can’t upload photo for annual pass. Super annoying.
Wait time rort.
The park operators indicate through the app the wait times for the rides. In reality, a 5 minute wait time in the app could be 30 minutes. The operators should be realistic about times and not understate the reality to meet targets or whatever they are measuring against.
Keeps deleting ticket barcodes
Not a bad, but extremely frustrating to have our tickets deleted from the app. We’re having to scroll through emails to find the originals.

Uploading photo doesn’t work
Any photo you attempt to upload, even if it’s perfect, will not work.
Poor Experience
The app crashes twice when I tried to pay for the ticket, PayPal was the only payment option that worked. Then the option to add the tickets to my Village account using my order number and password wouldn’t work. Overall a poor first impression.

Deleted tickets
I have previously loaded our annual passes on the app and used them at the parks. Now they have disappeared from the app and when I scan the barcode to re add them nothing happens. I also tried to add my spooky night tickets to the app and nothing happens.
Outdated maps
Outdated maps - looking at you Movie World Pop up always appears - Hooray for Hollywood -> have you heard of UserDefaults to remember if it was shown? Bare minimum app

Update broke the app.
I’ve used this app for years as a local and it’s been useful. Have the whole family on it so we walk with one phone. Had to update yesterday to add the new passes I’d bought as Christmas presents. Only one of 11 passes showed correctly. 8 are blue with no names, 2 are blue with names. I phoned for help and every name the lady bought up, the black pass with photo came back. But the lady swore she did nothing. I had half the passes back but now gone again. The worst part is I have one offers for animal encounters, accomodation, outback spectacular etc from 2019-2023 and am unable to delete them. Please get this problem solved.

Says 5 mins for a ride but reality was 30 mins. Also it asked for location access but then couldn’t automatically determine what park I was at. A paper map would be just as good instead of this app, I guess they are hungry for the sweet sweet analytics.
