Simple and easy to use
Do not book thru Webjet
My booking for Virgin flights where incorrectly sent to Virgin so could not check in online. They blamed Virgin. I was unable to board my flight as the boarding pass couldn’t be printed. Webjet were happy to take my money but not willing to sort this problem their system created on Virgin. Never using Webjet again

Webjet gives me an instant overview of all my Flight options in one place. Filters make it very easy to sort by.
App keeps freezing me out
Not great from that perspective as I have to continue closing and opening the app. Also, my flight PNR hasn’t been added to the airline of choice and I need to change the booking via there for seating requirements and cannot
Compassionate refunds
I was recently on holiday and a family member got very ill and I wasn’t able to change flights and had to just loose the whole costs of flights. I felt this was not very considerate.

Booked thru webjet and then needed to cancel/change destination. Each request took three days for an answer! Have now just received a notification of flight changes to our original flight, even though this was changed months ago! Hopeless!

Slow to update
I had to change your flight and the app even after 24 hours still hasn’t updated my flights so I now have the original flight that is no longer valid on the app
Sad No More Afterpay
Have booked hotel accommodation in the past using Afterpay which was nice and convenient. Unfortunately Webjet are not using Afterpay for hotel accommodation anymore which is disappointing.

Search doesn’t work
Flight searches never loads anything, just loads forever. Useless.
Better
Once they’ve fixed the login issues it seems to be consistently reliable.
Used to be good
Was a fan of Webjet but unfortunately not as good as they used to be. You can book flights in Europe and get only 5kg hand luggage. Extra luggage can only be added after booking. They do not give any indication and after chat say find out by going to airlines yourself…. .

I had been using Webjet since early 20,s the best online travel agency I had ever trusted. They are very convenient for an emergency booking on and off to Philippines since then and until at present. You can mix and match airline services and complete reservations right away and prices are quite competitive. Also customer services are very responsive and reliable communication with your bookings when fly changes, cancellations or booking disruptions. They even provide notifications in your calendar thanks.
No accountability!
Had my flight changed by air New Zealand to an over night delay. Tried to cancel as this will affect my job and my children. Was told by Webjet. Not by air New Zealand neither company will take responsibility for their lack of professionalism and duty of service. Will not refund my money. It’s total blind robbery and I will be contacting civil aviation authority of New Zealand. Australian competition and consumer commission. And all broadcasting stations To report this misconduct. If money is not refunded. For the inconvenience By none of my fault.

It's seems to work when you do one search selection. Try again and forget about it. Back to the web version I go. I can't honestly see the point of this app.

App works ok, however there is a vary long sign up process and you can only search Australian flights and only on select airlines. So, really... Wasn't worth the time I spent in the sigh up process and the time I will now have to spend unsubscribing to the emails that I didn't have the option to say I didn't want.
