Easy to use and cheap
Payment selection is awful
I build apps for a living so I feel I can get my way around an app. However, this one has an awful payment process. Doesn’t have an Apple Pay option, instead makes you input card details (a pain). However, only when you have done that and paid does it then tell you “oh yeah, by the way, you need the physical card, you can’t use Apple Pay”. Tell me that upfront idiots and save everyone a huge amount of time.
One small thing
Overall the app works well and is user friendly, I just wish there was an option to stop the parking early, like competitor app does.

App transparency
I can’t see how much I am paying each time I use the car park. I have pre paid 400 dollars for a discounted rate. But I can’t see how much I am paying each time I use the car park. My hours vary at work. How can you tell how much each day is costing you ?
Simple convenience
Easy to use, makes booking ahead really quick & cheaper, haven’t quite figured out the spot benefits yet. I can see the operating hours of the locations & it will tell you if the car park isn’t suitable e.g: doesn’t operate on weekends. Keeps recent bookings on homepage so rebooking same location is straightforward.

Performance isn’t great. Booking never worked and got charged 225% for no fault of mine
App doesn’t work can’t pay for anything
Ticket machine only option was “insert card” so I thought “let’s download the app for Apple Pay” but you have to make an account. I was ok with making an account because I’d probably end up using it a lot and then at the end the message “could not make account please try again later” so I thought maybe it was my email and tried again using Apple ID. Same message. If I get a fine because I can’t pay I’m raising hell. I don’t even have time to move my car due to the fact I was meant to be in a university class 30 minutes ago
Very convenient
I first started with this app which was very convenient for my work as a makeup artist and would save my clients a lot of money if I pre-paid online. Now my husband is regularly driving me to hospital for cancer treatment and it’s great that I can add his car to the app.

As I am forced to use your parking spaces. Why can I not cease parking if your app selects the wrong car park or if I leave early?

Scam?
I have been charged twice (2 days) when I did not book a parking spot, or use it. I wasn’t even in the city. Attempts to get answers are met with “computer says no” ie ghosting.
I pay you for parking why are you showing me ads?
The parking is ok, payment and entry is easy. The app itself is not bad. There’s no easy way to get an invoice - that’s a a shame. But why on earth are you showing me ads saying I earned something “free”? TWICE IN A SESSION?! Why are you wasting my time and ruining app experience? At least make a button “never show this again”.

Refunds and payment methods
need for physical card only flagged once payment processed. So ended up paying twice for the same car at same venue and time - wrote twice - with attached evidence for refund of one, but have had no response or refund in over a month.
Turns phone into hand warmer
Every time I use this app, my phone starts getting really hot. No other app does this and quitting the app starts to cool it down. Easily reproducible issue, no idea why this app would need to consume so much resource

Excellent parking never an issue
Absolute garbage
Nothing about Wilson’s prepaid parking system works the way it’s intended to. Cards used to make bookings aren’t accepted upon entry and exit, and it takes a woefully long time to contact support via the physical intercom. The sheer inconvenience of dealing with such staggering ineptitude is enough to make me leave the car at home and opt for public transport.

Top App
Easy to use app and saves heaps of time compared to booking on the Wilson Parking website. I previously reviewed it poorly as hadn’t spotted the option to enter a Promo Code. And bless the developer - they contacted me to tell me where it was! Eternally grateful as I use Wilson parking regularly and this will save me heaps of time. And I apologise for previous review.

Tough to book online confidentiality when you take money out of my account then charge again when we go through the boom gates. Takes ages to get money back. Happens too often. Not using the app again
Cost me a parking fine
I arrived at a parking complex and parked, downloaded the app and selected my parking complex. After selecting the total time in the parking complex and inputting my card details the app asked for my car details which I also put in. After that I got a successful notification on the screens and thought that was that as I had selected my time parking, accepted the cost and input both my car and card details.

Worst app experience ever
CTO should be fired for implementing this new qr scan technology, most car parks have no internet coverage and the app barely loads because the mobile engineers haven’t cached anything. Product owner responsible for making the decision to use the whole realestate of the homepage of the app for a big banner add so you have to scroll to find the car park you use 90% of the time also needs to take their role seriously. Lastly have you heard of user testing???? It’s been months since the update and it’s still clunky and I’m having to scroll on booking pages, not getting offered 5 passes anymore. Maybe that’s a tactic for people to find it harder to find and pay more which is greedy.
