I just got a notification. It states an offer, and qualifies that the offer expires on 9/24/26. WTF…. There is no month numbered 24…!!!! Just because one American president wrote the date wrong and all the other plebes followed on, doesn’t mean the rest of the world has to do it wrong too…. I thought BP was “British” petroleum.
Handy with kids
Love having the app so I don’t have to go in to pay. Only down side is very few service stations offer the pay for fuel through the app.
Not recommended
During several years application rise more and more investigate people. Now require also your phone number plus other personal data for registration and new sign in to the app. Now I changed to Shell or other brands don’t need them points, don’t need British Petroleum anymore.
App Functionality Intermittent
App frequently doesn’t register service station while trying to pay on app. It glitches out when trying to select a pump to pay at, making it impossible to pay using the app and forcing the user to physically have to go into the store to pay.
BP is the best
I love BP, coffee there fuel in the best. Amazing when you go to the same store everyday and the barista has your coffee ready for you. BP Ringwood thank you
Terrible and not enough petrol stations
Don’t waste your time , to hard to set up , and I only have one petrol station available for discounts in a 40km radius
Great app - suggestion for improvement
Pre-ordering coffees is a great option. A suggestion I’d like to make is to allow for a ‘favourites’ option so users can quickly re-order an item they get frequently without having to go through the whole menu each time.
Not available at every petrol station
Very disappointing. I loved the app because it made it easy especially with my kids in the car to pay for fuel especially in the rain. However, paying via the app isn’t available at every petrol station. Don’t have a feature and then not make it universal.

Horrendous and unreliable waste of time
No discounts applied
Don’t bother paying with the app, fuel discounts are only applied when paying at the counter. Bit pointless and disappointing.
The app is great apart from the pay
The pay for fuel hardly works been using the app for around 5 months and every time I try and use the pay for fuel it’s pick the right pump (I do) or can’t unlock pump
Registered but can’t access
Extremely disappointed as I had already signed up. Keeps telling me to finish registration, then tells me that it’s already registered but can’t access my card to scan to get discounts. So I emailed BP to get sorted and I’m still waiting for reply a week later. Not impressed.
Cannot pay for fuel !
I’ve been using this app for a number of years now. It’s been okay but always a little fiddly in selecting the petrol station you’re at. However, with the latest June 2026 update, the app is unusable! I was just at our usual station and spent nearly 10 mins to get to a point where I could pay for fuel ! I failed to achieve that! I felt like driving off in frustration, but decided to calm down and fill my car and go inside to pay. Very disappointed.
Waiting for an update or explanation why it won’t scan
I’ve had a rewards card for years, and the plastic layer on the card with the barcode is starting to wear off and peel, so got the app and linked to my existing account… …but whenever I tried to scan for collecting points, the barcode wasn’t scanning and came up really small…

I never lose receipt now and don’t have to go into the shop

Please review this app as it is not showing the transactions and the points earned. It is like not working properly as the website is showing the transactions and the earned points etc.

Most Frustrating App
The app can never find the relevant petrol station even when you are right at the pump. I use Telstra for my service provider and always have 5G, so it is not because there is a lack of reception. The app is not user friendly and I would not recommend it.

Outdated and unhelpful
The support chat bot is very unintelligent, like something you would’ve found in a support engine 15 years ago. It provides a broken link which is supposed to lead to a support form for you to fill out, however the page doesn’t exist.
Big improvement
Since the intro of AI and QR code joining and linking is a success. Let’s get going all guns blazing!
Buggy, slow, unusable
I stopped using the app while back as it would not load to scan my card so a screenshot became the answer! Time has passed and tried again comes up with page cannot be displayed error. Makes it disappointing and constantly miss out on points due to app issues, have deleted and reinstalled app and even tried another device same issues, needs stability to consider using again

Missing out on rewards with the app
I am not sure what the advantage of using the BP me app is!? I just read in the Ts&Cs that I did not get the discount offer to save 6c/L because I used the BPMe app when I paid. If that the case I may as well just delete it as I’m losing out on benefits.

Something is wrong with the app in Apple Store we r trying to download it but can’t as there is no install button and we definitely don’t already have it stored on the phone
