Very useful app. As someone in their 60s I find some apps a challenge. But Wotif App is user friendly.

Holiday Stay
Great place and Great location, our only negative is we were in for 6 nights and were put in an ensuite cabin, minimal room (bed, bunks, kitchen, in one with a tiny ensuite ), no hanging space at all for clothes, all same size cabins beside us were transits. We are part of BIG4 , community , but I do believe because we booked through a third party it is what we got, in future we will book direct through Big 4. Everything else was great and the staff are tremendous.

Pillows were unclean and shower in one bathroom was cold

Overall good value for money, bring earplugs as the walls are very thin and you can hear the next room conversations.
Great stay away from hustle….
I was very happy with my choice. Hotel in perfect location and easy Access to everything,,, Staff at reception was exceptional And cleaning lady was the very best I ever had! Thank you so much. Bed was perfect and so was rest of My unit at the hotel. Even pillows choice was superb… Bathroom excellent and the only Minor negative think was size Of the fridge. I would prefer bigger One… But that is very personal think. Overall - I will happily return to this Hotel next year. Looking forward to it. One more hint - do not get the cheapest option,it may disappoint…. Thanks for everything and great time In Pattaya. I can certainly recommend to solo Travellers as well family’s… Jerry
Needs improvement
No easy way to leave a stay review and prices are not that good.
A great location in Esperance.
This apartment is very spacious as a twin share. The cross breeze in the lounge room was lovely. Distant water views from up stairs. Well appointed kitchen and large bathroom with spa bath. We really enjoyed our stay.
Be careful
Ever since Wotif is not longer Australian, you can book low quality shared accommodation with no refund option.
Boomerang Hotel Disappointing
Boomerang no longer provides a breakfast!! Very disappointed- not even a slice of toast - just a bowl of Nutri grain (if you happen to like it) It was noisy, parking is not allocated to rooms. Housekeeping - sheets not changed for Friday, last day stay! Will find somewhere else next Albury visit!!
Clean and affordable
Perfect place to stay, we stayed one night to go to Win Stadium, very affordable clean and staff were extremely friendly, will definitely stay there again
Wotif doesn’t follow up on refunds offered
Wouldn’t use this service. Wotif don’t follow up and provide false promises. My bank will now have to follow them up.
Good value
Although the bathroom looks a little dated, it is wheelchair accessible and very functional. The unit we had was comparatively very good value. We will definitely stay again if the price remains the same.
Average
Quite outdated and not overly clean. We fixed the toilet ourselves as it wasn’t flushing properly. Despite this, comfy beds and great shower.

Nice apartment and views. Only recommendation supply more than one key. The aircon could not be adjusted and was hopeless. Sleep was terrible too hot, fans did nothing. Pool was out of order?
Great place to stay.
Great place to stay. We stay here a lot being a family of four. Good location with buses going around. Maintenance is a bit lacking as a bowl was put next to the leaking toilet tap. Had to turn the tap on and off after each flush as the cistern leaked very noisily as well.
Incompetent
After booking flights and accommodation and paying over $5500 we were told the next morning, not by Wotif,but the actual hotel that they had no vacancies and our accommodation was cancelled. Then I was hung up on by your Supervisor when trying to seek an answer. I will be posting on Social media how pathetic Wotif is.

Be prepared
A beautiful island if all you want to do is swim and snorkel. The trip to the island $159 each. Each way, no other options is where they start the below average experience. The beach front rooms are very tired and need of a tidy up, the water pressure is awful and the food is a 2/10 on a good day. If your happy with rice and flavourless meat, you’ll be ok. The weather was great and that was the best part of the whole trip.
Disappointing
The studio unit I had was not very clean including cutlery which I had to wash before using. The rubbish bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and still wasn’t when I left 2 days later. The kitchen cabinets need fixing the drawers wouldn’t close properly. Very disappointing.
Fantastic
We stayed there last 3 nights and we have had the best service from any hotel we have ever stayed. Staff were amazing, everything spotless, food was great and decor beautiful.
They stole my money
The wrong hotel was booked and they could not identify my mobile, card or itinerary number. They had no contactable email. And would not process my phone call as the itinerary number was not valid. The hotel could see my booking but could not help me as it was booked through Wotif. They were ghosts who stole my money then disappeared.
Would stay again
The amenity of the room was fabulous and great location. Only issue I had was the fridge wasn’t working and the communication about next steps was poor. Also housekeeping was a bit erratic with poor attention to detail in replenishing all items each day
Check in
Apathy abounded as we walked in. Despite having filled in all my data as I had to laboriously re-enter it via a very old computer system. Poor experience.
Millennium Rotorua
Went for a family weekend away (4 families)The checkin was great staff where friendly and helpful. Room was clean but very tired looking, aircon fan very noisy, PowerPoints in room were at floor level under or behind furniture which was hard to get to. Bathroom needed a refurb but it was clean. Pull out line over bath didn’t work so no where to hang wet togs and towels. Bed was so comfortable. Pool was great as it was covered so kids could swim and we could sit and watch them at tables and chairs around that area and they also had heaters so it was nice and warm. 2 big Hot spas for adults were great. Breakfast was expensive for what you got but was adequate. The coffee made by baristas at breakfast and upstairs by reception where amazing. Dinner in restaurant was beautiful however the service was disappointing, extremely slow to get your drinks and take your order, everything came out at same time (starters and mains) forgetting afew drinks and meals. They were not good at checking if you needed another drink or wanted dessert. On the whole we had a lovely weekend and as it was raining we spent a lot of time in the pool which the kids absolutely loved. For a family get away we would definitely stay there again.

Deceptive
You run a search for a hotel and straight away try to book it it says no longer available. So you rerun the search and it still shows up but guess what you can’t book it. However if you pick the same room at a more expensive rate suddenly you can book it. Click bait time waster
Great room but a bit disorganised
Lovely staff, great rooms but lacking in staff available at checkin and organisation. Room wasn’t ready and car booking hadn’t been noted.
Staying break
I was disappointed with the room and the staffs reaction to request of a room with a better bed!
Meh
Super easy to make bookings but it is actually impossible to cancel or change bookings. A lot of swearing on this end :-/
Great little hotel in Tours
We stayed for 4 nights and were very happy with the fantastic friendly staff, incredible breakfast buffet and comfy rooms. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt very welcome as guests at the Labe. The Robertsons.
Poor customer service
Would not recommend Wotif to anyone, poor customer service and won’t help resolve issues. They told me the hotel would not be charging me money but they ended up did and now I am left to foot the bill with no help from Wotif.
Kiwi review
Very comfortable, spacious and clean apartment. Would loved to have been there for more than 2 nights. Great location close to shopping and town centre. Closeness to Matthew Street had its drawbacks with noise from Sergeant Pepper’s night club a little off putting when trying to sleep.
Beware
Not usually compelled to write reviews for apps but I’m so annoyed by Wotif, I’ll make an exception. The app experience is ok and to be expected from the team at Expedia group which probably more resources than the average startup team. But they did offer another 10% discount for those who downloaded, happened to be booking so I took it up. When I tried the discount code it didn’t work, when I tried to contact support through the app, it didn’t work (looked like a bug), so I went directly to them via email (bypassing the app email) logging BOTH bugs (with diagnostics produced by the app) and they didn’t respond. Followed it up and they didn’t respond. Guess what team - it’s the full experience that counts- not just punching out an app, then a honey trap to encourage downloads. Overall disappointed.
Very nice hotel with friendly staff
Clean room with view of airport runway. Staff were very friendly and good cooked breakfast. Only small issue was very soft bed but still slept well due curtains drawn made room completely dark.Would stay here again !
Over charged
Start a hotel in Fremantle that was put under a different name through Wotif. It was only in the week before there no refund that I found out the actual name of the hotel and checked the reviews, which weren’t great. Furthermore the hotel charged me an extra $300 on top of the price that was advertised through Wotif. I’m still fighting with them to get my money paid back.

Sensational
The most boutique, quaint, tranquil cottage that welcomes you from the front gate. Wayne has gone to great measure to ensure you don’t want to leave. Perfect location, private and peaceful, 2 minutes to a thriving country pub with a meal and country service that warms your heart and fills your belly. Bendemeer is the place to stay.
Rubbish
Here’s an idea - Wotif you made an app that worked at the most basic level. Locks up on iPhone when trying to make an account - which I need to do, to cancel an upcoming booking. Can’t cancel through the property, can’t get this useless app to work. It’s 2026 and I have the latest iPhone with the latest updates, so no - it’s not me. I want to cancel this trip because I cannot get the fuel to go, and then I want to get as far away from Wotif as possible, forever.

Outstanding service
Shocking Stay not worth the money won’t be back
Paid $309 for a premium room that had poor carpet throughout the room and entry way, loose toilet seat and base, no soap in shower or coffee pods no menu or $$ for snacks We were transferred to another room that was slightly better but still ordinary and still paid $309 the following morning. WOW Wish o had never booked. Our return trip we stayed in premium top floor room at another motel. Cleaner, newer more facilities and $190 per night.
