Game won’t load since update
I updated the app this afternoon, but since then, it will not load. It keeps saying there is not enough storage and has a restart button that I keep pressing, but nothing is working. I have 132.44 GB of unused storage on my device, so it is impossible for there to not be enough space for the app to load. Please help as soon as possible so that I do not miss rewards and events!
You have to pay to play
Once you open the app, you are just bombarded with 20 to 40 pop-up screens asking you to purchase packages anywhere from $10 to 100. The price is for what they want you to pay for are ridiculous for what you receive in the game. And then you’ll find yourself at a lack of things to do as the progress in the game just ends for instance story mode no longer continues after a certain amount of players it just says go and enjoy other parts of the game. Then the archipelago where you’re supposed to be able to earn pets is very stingy. I’ve had two pets and plateaued at a certain point. I can’t play the archipelago without new pet pets and if they don’t give you new pets it just kind of seems like a boring part of the game that has no real payout. Participation is in high demand however, there isn’t very much diversity in the game. Some parts of the game are vague without any explanation on how to defeat certain giants. While the fun could be in depth, it can also be daunting and boring. In the beginning of the playing this game, I intended on getting further and further, but then I realized that it was a pay to play or cash grab on people. I refuse to pay to play on something that doesn’t give me anything back. Some of the prices on here are more expensive than an entire console game. I would insist that the developers pull back on the aggressive push on pop-ups. Be less stingy with the pets give more gifts allow people who don’t pay to play to enjoy the game for what it is. And don’t be a gatekeeper to the amount of progress or fun that you can have in this game. Because after three years, somebody would be considered a dedicated player. But the developers do not care about us non-pay to play long-term players. also, they are located in a remote island called Cyprus. Keep that in mind when you are paying them where is your money going?

Starts great
The game starts great and is enjoyable. As you play and your level rises your opponents get more difficult but you can keep up without spending money. Then they introduce characters that are almost impossible to get without purchasing resources so you become disadvantaged unless you make purchases. The newer characters also become impossible to defeat unless you also have those characters.
Game Mechanics
The gameplay could be better. For example, when you’re doin the conquest, it would be nice if you could match gems while being attacked. Also, when you’re back at base building your kingdom. Just not very clear how to clear some of the red dots. Overall tho, I really do enjoy the game.

Enjoyable with a few flaws
Enjoyable match-3 with plenty of heroes and quests and a generous set of rewards. Way too many pop-up offers when opening the game (some duplicated) and a few crashes where the app auto-closes stop me giving this 5*, but still an enjoyable game and not as pay to win as other games of its genre (cough cough E&P cough)
Interesting but an avalanche of “buy me” pop-ups
This game has the potential to be fun and challenging but the constant pop-up “buy-me” pages are excessive and the game constantly crashes and needs almost daily updating. Graphics and sounds are cute but if you crash ( multi-times daily) you lose the battle you were in automatically and then have to suffer through the multiple pop up “buy-me” pages to simply get to gameplay. Most reward chests are basic with 1* gear the norm, rare items scant. Maybe less adverts and more gameplay.
Decently Fun
The game itself is decently fun, but it is super heavy on ads (have to look at 8-10 ads before you can even get into the game on every launch). You also have to re-download the game every single week at -least- once because they change some graphics. Pretty annoying…learn how to update your game through updates

I really enjoy playing this game but there’s small issue , sometimes the app crashes when I in middle of the fight and kicks me out so I lost points because of that , I wish you could solve this issue
Removing Gear costs Gold
Any game that charges currency to remove gear is an instant delete and one star rating. I was enjoying the game before I saw that. But now that tells me everything I need to know about this game.
Sincere review
Puzzle Breakers is a fun mobile game where you can play at your own pace. You can spend lots of money if you want but you don’t have to if you are super patient. The events reoccur as they are on a cycle. You get what you put in so the more you play they more resources and rewards you get. I feel like there are a lot of fake accounts as I don’t know how some players have all these high level characters. But I guess I’ll never know
Too many sales promos, hard to level up, why constant updates?
Launch app and each time have to click through 10-15 sales pitch pop up windows. It’s really hard to level up unless you buy stuff. Oh and you have to update monthly? More idk, it’s all the time. Repetitive and really hard to get ahead. I didn’t give it a one star because it’s sometimes fun
Always crashing!
The game is nice and addictive but the consistent crashing of the game puts off players from playing, especially after each update! Need serious maintenance fixing Otherwise people will eventually gets bored of the game bugs and leave it for good

Such a fun game I always love to play it, but it is a huge pain to have to exit out of 47 promotional offers every time I start up the app
Fun, but constantly crashing
This is a fun game, fun it crashes about every ten minutes. Needs stability improvements. Also every time I restart the game I have to go through all the “offers” each time. Once is enough for the offers

It won’t let me up update. I keep pressing to update then goes to open. To far into the game to just mess up now and to much invested

Great game, lots of dynamics to make it challenging and fun but a common issue that lots of players including myself experience is the game crashes after 10 minutes. Been like this for the past 6-8 months. Frustrating to say the least. Also, dont be surprised if you’re stockpiling currency and one day its just gone. Had over 400 million food that I know I didn’t unknowingly spend due to always struggling to have enough gold to spend and one day *poof* I didn’t have any food.

It’s an okay game but If I have to close 20 screens (i actually counted) of ads to play then it’s not worth it.

Great Game
Lost track of how long I have been playing this game, but absolutely love it, it’s constant events keep me entertained and the amount of characters is fantastic. Initially struggled with space and had to use gems constantly to make more room for the heroes.
Don’t download it. No balance
The developers are clearly desperate for money, and it shows in the game. The balance is completely broken unless you buy exclusive heroes. Without spending money, it's impossible to compete with others. The game is essentially pay-to-win, which ruins the experience for those who don't want to or can't afford to make purchases.

很好玩，每季會出不同的活動內容，活動很豐富，慢慢培養可以玩很久。然而，今天早上在刷牙時收到刷卡通知，一查竟然是遊戲自動透過apple pay購買一個臺幣170塊的活動驚喜包，登入遊戲後有沒有收到禮物內容我也不知道， 因那不是我屬意要買的東西，所以即刻去apple pay申請退款，流程尚在繼續。我想說，遊戲很好玩，但這個”bug”很不行，會讓玩家失去信任，請官方注意和檢討。

COINS BUG NEEDS FIXING
After you gain 9000k and continue then you will see 10mil coins which is misleading and not true. The amount would be 1million not 10 million. A lot of the times wondering how 10mil finishes so quickly but it shows 10 mil when it really should be 1mil. So the coins bug need to be fixed so we know how much we have correctly and we need to gain more coins than that stuff to upgrade characters.
Glitches
First I absolutely love this game but the glitches and freezes up on me 😡

Glitches
I love the game and have worked hard to progress and spend more money than I should to get there. The glitches though are making me want to quit. Designers put forth upgrades and don’t bother to check for problems and yet there are ALWAYS problems. I have not been able to even get into the game today because it wants me to constantly restart but it does nothing except tell me to restart again. Hours of trying regularly and cannot get in!! Time to check out some other games! Heart of Wolf

REALLY FUN
This game is super fun, has lots of content and can keep me entertained for ages. From looking at some of the other reviews it is getting a lot of hate, and it shouldn’t, it is super fun! Sure it lags sometimes but that normal for high quality mobile games. And yeah it is a copy of most match 3 RPGs, but aren’t all match 3 RPGs the same anyway. BASICALLY… really fun game and would recommend. I can tell this game has had lots of effort put in and I’m glad. Most fun I have had on a mobile game in a while!
Constantly crashing and freezing on my iPad
Love the game, but it constantly crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times. I have updated my iPad, but it crashes. In a span of 10 minutes it has frozen or crashed 3 times. They worst part is after it crashes and I have to restart the app, I am subjected to 13 adds to buy gems or other items (every time I open the app). The instability of the app and the constant money grabs are a real turn off. The gameplay itself is great.

Some of the feedback on here man!! It’s a game where the developers want you to spend money. But there are no video ads (which are rife in a lot of games). It’s good fun and has some good tasks and events. Not spentyet but am progressing quite well.
Be ready to pay to win
This game is fun for sure, BUT during the events there is not enough time in game to get the heroes during the event unless you are willing to sink $50+ per hero. That’s just too much imo. If there was more for the casual player it would be much worth it. ALSO, when they produce an update with a bug, you find the bug, and you use it then you WILL be punished for it. This is unacceptable. Best way to turn someone off this game when the devs make a mistake and the players are punished for using what was built into the game.
Marmite game
Some days I like it some days I hate it. So I’ve gone for a 3 star rating because I couldn’t do a 2.5. I reported a fault of being in the middle of battles and the game dropping. I was told it was my hardware. Hubbys an IT consultant and knows his stuff and we have good hardware. So now I don’t report faults as a favour to the game makers because they don’t want to know but since the recent updates the game seems to like my hardware now.

Very good but could be even better
Love this game. Only downside is how expensive it is to upgrade etc. if the prices were brought down it would make it more accessible to more people and possibly become a best seller. Other pay to play games have more packages at much cheaper prices.
Addicted and disappointed
Love this game and I play it daily and made some purchases for progress speed up. But disappointed with the latest purchase ( SALOME ) special offer and paid 10 USD and at last nothing 😂 and got some items that not even worth 1 USD . Well this time I felt sorry about wasting my time and money for this game although that I love it and cannot leave it. But at least I would expect to get what I paid for !!! Sorry guys , I hope you understand that you also would feel bad when you pay for this game then you discover that you wasted or they just got your money so easy without giving you what you want .
Too much going on
Waaayyyy too many pops ups when you first open up the game trying to sell you all there stuff. A couple are fine and understandable but there has to be close to 10 pop ups every single time you open the game. That’s of course when the game opens. About every other week it stops opening for me. Go to turn it on and it sits at loading 3%. It’ll do that for a few days then randomly work again. Game play is fun mostly. Just a lot going on it’s super confusing at times.
