Compliqué pour rien
Je ne veux me servir de l’appli que pour vérifier et renouveler mes ordonnances. Il faut passer par beaucoup trop d’étapes pour le faire et l’appli n’est pas «user friendly» dans les sens qu’on se perd déjà facilement à la page d’accueil. Et depuis quelques mois il y a des erreurs d’appli qui montrent des médicaments qui m’attendent alors que ce n’est pas le cas.

Every time I try to refill my prescriptions I have to try to sign in between 3-5 times. Every. Single. Time

This website really is so disappointing. I’m sure others have complained. Awkward, no idea what user interface, looking at it from a customer point of view. My guess is an IT person assembled most of this with no training in user use. Your brand is worth a lot more. Please clean it up. Please.

Not bad, but Rexall app lets you request renewals. I have to contact a person to do this at Shoppers. Not quick with all the menus and having to wait (as they are busy). Great people!!! So helpful, but the App.. meh

I used to get automatic refill notice and that no longer happens. I do not care for this new app thing. Very frustrating
Unable to request same day refills in app
The app is great for the most part. Though it does have the option to request same-day refills. You still have to call the pharmacy, otherwise your prescription will be ready in 48 hours.
Broken
The only app I use that constantly forgets me between sessions. Inconvenient.

It would s not easy to use the app. I just tried 4 times just to get to prescriptions .. I kept getting bounced back to session timed out
Fabulous Staff
I’ve moved a few times over the past few years and I’ve used multiple shoppers drug Mart locations. This location is by far the strongest especially the pharmacy portion. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. And it’s not just one person behind the desk at the pharmacy. It’s multiple people who are exceptional. The Caledonia shoppers drug Mart has provided me with the best service I’ve ever had at any pharmacy.
Crashes and closes
When searching in the app then clicking the item, the app crashes and closes, it wasted my time and it’s basically useless.
Must accept all options to work
It took me three times to get the updated app to open. Didn’t work until I accepted every single (supposedly optional) notification, sign up etc. I signed up just to be able to use my existing points - seems I can collect points with just a phone number BUT I can’t redeem them with the app or the long-lost card. Is this ethical? I’m not amused.

App Kicks Me Out
For over a month now, as soon as I log successfully into the app, it kicks me out. This is only happening on my IPad. I am so frustrated. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app almost daily with no luck. I am at a loss as to how to fix this problem.

What can I say ? Everything that anyone wishes to have from a business. Respect, love, acceptance, tolerance and amazing employees. Actually I’m the biggest fan of all PC Optimum stores. Shoppers have a special place in my heart. So many others have the same place as well. Above and beyond any of my expectations businesses and services, people and amazing kind of “we are here for you “ Makes me feel so loved and protected. Wish you all, a longevity of prosperity, success, and thriving. ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Why is it taking so many attempts to get signed in. This is supposed to be easier for Rx refills yet it’s nothing but a nightmare
Spyware in app
Opening application pauses my music. This has been proven to be used for device fingerprinting.
