Please Stop Sending Me Special Offers
The setting to not get notifications about special offers or other general/non-pharmacy matters does not work, and has not worked. It randomly resets itself back to being "on". I only want notifications about my prescriptions. I think that's egregious enough to knock down to three stars despite the pharmacy portion of the app otherwise being fine. I think there should also be a way to get the phone number of your pharmacy (and possibly hours) from within the app, but that's nitpicking.

Why can’t the offers or rewards just automatically load once we open the app? Having to tick off each item we want points on is very annoying -other apps just load all offers once you open the app

Kids have made this app. Signs me out every time i open it
Update after 6 months. The app continues to be a bag of trash. Logs out every time. Relax with your with bs, it's $10 worth of points on the card. Keep everyone logged in. Older review : Really kids have made this app. No sorry that's insulting kids. The app loves to update itself to good knows what. Looks exactly same. But loves to sign me out. Which thief will care about fggn rexall card if they find my phone unlocked?
Love this app to refill my prescription
The one thing I would to this app when you refill your prescription it shows when you refill the prescription. I would like for it to say when the prescription is going to be filled. Sometimes I’m finding I’m getting too many refills too close together.

I have an old iphone with ios not supporting your updated app so I am not able to access my account and take advantage of emailed offers. This is not a problem with my accounts with other retailers when they update their apps.

I use this pharmacy in Collingwood pretty much on a daily basis and I am greeted every time with helpful advice and very compassionate pharmacists and there associates are always there to make everything may it be personal or private they always have your back and always have smiles on… smile more is my saying.. cheers
