Great app
Only thing I think that would make it better is having access to purchase history connected to the rewards cards. Just so looking for lost paper receipts can be easily found.
Mediocre app
I travel overseas and this app can’t be updated unless I change the App Store to Canada & neither the app works unless app is updated.

Poorly Written App
App doesn’t always login. Most times it states a generic “Issue encountered” error message. Often it keeps prompting to log in again and won’t accept password. Can’t open app in Canadian Tire stores to collect points.
Years of this issue has left me with lingering distaste.
This app annoys me. I’ve been using it for over 5 years now and STILL they haven’t figured out how to display the payment due date. You have to log into the ctfs website on laptop in order to plan your finances every since month. Super inconvenient. Was alright for a long while but I’m quite sick of it now. It’s 2026. Why can’t I just schedule payments from my phone yet.
Great, but the Apple wallet doesn’t work.
The app is fine, has some great deals even. However, the Apple wallet card doesn’t work. You have to go into the app to scan your Triangle card.
Amazing
I have at least half a dozen banking and credit card apps on my phone and this one is hands-down the best. Kudos to the team developing this. Keep up the great work.
Buggy app
Important feature like "add rewards card to wallet" is mysteriously always down so you keep using their app.

BUGS - PLEASE FIX ASAP!
I like the app but it has serious bugs when linked to Petro Canada and RBC card partners. I have my Triangle account linked to my RBC Visa card and it shows LINKED on the Triangle website but shows UNLINKED in the app. Same as for my Petro Canada cards. I previously got bonus eCTM from my Canadian tire purchases but for my last 4 shopping trips I have not received any eCTM even though I used my linked RBC Visa card. How do I get my missing bonus eCTM ?
Excellent App
Just added app on my cell n l am surprised how user friendly it is , also l just love the 24 equal payment plan without any interest, as a Canadian l fully support Canadian Tire , l mean who else is out there offering you no interest for 24 months.

takes for ever to register and then wont add card to apple wallet. needs serioux improvement.

À mon avis, il y a trop d’information sur chaque page. Et surtout, lorsqu’il est temps de payer une facture, on devrait clairement indiquer si le paiement a été automatisé ou non. Si oui, il n’y a aucune action à mener. Sinon, on doit procéder au paiement mensuel.

I would happily give this app a 5 star rating except I frequently have glitches when I try to complete my order . It tells me we are having issues and try again later….over and over again 😩

The App used to function properly. Now it only buffers when you try to login on iPhone 12.
Not user friendly useless app
This app will keep logging off and you need to login every time you go shopping with it. What’s the point to have this app
CONSTANT bugs
Love this app for savings but getting it to work on the first try is rare. Most of the times I can’t log in, offers won’t load, offers are glitching and you can’t activate them. The list goes on, and it’s been years of these bugs so you’d think they’d be fixed by now.
Missing Rewards dollars
On July 9 I filled up my tank at the Canadian tire and Confed Saskatoon and I did not receive the two dollar bonus for filling my tank with at least 25 L.

I moved
I made an online order I hope to be able to pick it up tomorrow morning without any problems. My billing address has changed and I inputed my new address but the system erased it. I believe my Triangle Mastercard info it up to date

Missing bill payments
Add the bill payment feature from the website that allows for paying non Canadian Tire bills. Can not do a balance transfer from AMEX card either.
Card member for 5 years
I love the app; it shows me how much cash back I have and shows all the deals going on in one place to get more rewards, easy to use, I even have been able to accept credit card increases directly on the app! I really appreciate the triangle mastercard, I needed to get new snow tires and a man working at canadian tire filled the application for me and i got approved for 3k right away, i stayed on top of my payments and i am proud to say i have a 13k limit now, thank you triangle
Card apply service
I applied a new card before 22 days but I didn’t get my new card yet. I don’t like this service. I want my new card as soon as possible and also I want to be confirm home address Becuse I am thinking may be they send on old address . I called 2 3 times but no response
Good when it works
I’ve had the app and used it fairly frequently since. When the app works it is nice. However there are so many days where it won’t load due to various errors, not due to anything aside from the app. Not an old version or problem with the phone. I do like and will continue to use the app but as a credit card app it can be very frustrating to not have access to your own financial information.
Great and simple app
Got the triangle cc when I was 17 and ever since it's been great. The app has received many updates throughout the years and now it's pretty simple to navigate and find things. I'm 20 now
Login never works
Password not accepted->Reset password->new password not accepted Rinse and repeat.
App doesn’t wok
App never opens for me. Tried rebooting iPad with no results. Useless app!
