Scanning receipts not working out!
This section your app is not working out. Stop having AI read the receipts. It can NOT do it. Then I submit the inquiry and hoping that a real human will catch AI mistakes and still don’t get my points? I give up trying to use this. Not sure if it’s even worth trying to fix. Stop using AI, it’s going to cost you another customer. Hint, Hint
Trash rewards
Tried about 15 times to convert my account from air miles and this garbage app continually reroutes me and stays I need help attempt it another time from another link, just hot garbage from bankers trying to steal your time and money!
Reçus points bleu
50% du temps, l’APP ne donne pas les points selon les offres REÇUS. Malgré une demande de révision selon les offres de reçu, ça ne fonctionne pas plus. Avec le changement de Airmiles à Points bleus, c’est juste une impression qu’il y a plus de récompenses car les points augmentent vite mais ça ne vaut pas plus cher
Receipt bugs
Why is the scanning of the receipts and the accurate reporting of the points so difficult? Half the time the points aren’t awarded correctly and then you have to start an inquiry. A pain that has become more of a pain since the links within the app for starting an inquiry and viewing a receipt no longer work. You can keep clicking on these two links but nothing happens. That’s pretty bad QA for an app and a reward program run by a major Canadian bank. Disappointing yet again ever since the move from AirMiles to Blue Rewards.
BMO destroyed AirMiles
Ever since BMO took over, they no longer have contracts with gas stations, the app glitches everytime they request you to link anything anywhere, valid receipts get rejected… The app is absolute garbage now
Won’t let me sign in
I was looking forward to signing up. I made an account, did the process. Every time I try to log in, it says the credentials don’t match. I then reset my password, yet it says I cannot use the same password again. I tried using a different one as well, but still won’t work. It just won’t allow me to sign in at all.

Trouver un moyen pour que le total des points se mettent à jour sans être obligé de fermer & d’ouvrir l’application, ex. sélectionner l’onglet « Transactions » suivi de « Accueil »
Glitchy
Please fix your glitchy app it’s very frustrating it keeps telling me to reset my pin and it’s always locks up on me it reset it and still won’t work I created it oh it works then the next thing you know it locks on me and resend an email to reset a pin
Real time points
This program continues to get worse. Change in points amounts from Airmiles to Blue Rewards were clearly a smoke and mirrors tactic to make it appear like you have a lot of points. Reward offers are terrible and not worth your time. Takes forever to accumulate anything significant. What continues to be an issue is the inability for points to be awarded in real time. I am sick of babysitting/managing points that won’t be awarded until up to 120 days. Other loyalty programs have figured this out years ago. This is why I am using this program less and less.

I put in my user ID and password and nothing happens. So frustrating.
Needs search function
Finding an item you want is a frustrating experience. I’m getting tired of scrolling through page after page when I know exactly what I want. There should be a search function like any other app. Other than that the app works fine.
Frustrating experience
I’m done! This app and site are terrible. Not user friendly, hard to find anything, crashes constantly, login issues. Honestly I have other reward apps that are amazing this one is just plan frustrating and a waste of time.
Customer Service Team Speaks ZERO English
App designed poorly, have to call for investigation. Customer team doesn’t speak English, have to take long time to explain to them and wait for them to process, then provided unrelated answers. Once you request to switch person or open complaint, they lied saying it’s not possible to switch and you need to open complaint online by yourself-no such option exists.

Constantly forgets my login credentials, what use is a program if you cannot access it
Cannot submit a receipt inquiry
With the change to Blue Rewards, both the View Receipt and Submit an Inquiry buttons don’t work. I’m missing points for a recently submitted receipt, but can’t do anything as the app buttons don’t work. It worked more smoothly before the shift from AirMiles to Blue Rewards.
Hotel Rip Off
App states $340 per night 34% off on sale $224. If you go to the hotel’s website is says $157 per night.
BUGS Blue Receipts
Scanned receipt for a 50 point offer meeting all terms and conditions, app says no offers available , scanned and submitted receipt again, app says Duplicate, tried to submit receipt inquiry for this purchase, cannot do that because View Receipt and Submit Inquiry do nothing when pressed. So, The entire receipt scanning function is buggy and takes multiple attempts. Wasted 20 minutes of my time, for a measly 50 points. Not worth the trouble. You need to rethink this whole process.
Never works right
Worst rewards program. Not well thought out.
Unable to view grocery receipts anymore or submit an inquiry.
You can tap on the links but nothing happens. It worked up until a few weeks ago. Chat help says to go onto a computer and go to their website, but you can’t do anything on their page and it tells you to download the app.
Too many logins, can’t use VPN
Have to turn off vpn, then go to app or website, then change cookie settings, then login, then change cookie settings, then do whatever, then have to do it all again. Good luck. Think I’ll use my accumulated points and then say bye-bye.
