Buy Canadian
Was disappointed when I went in and was looking for Canadian products had a nice red label that said Made in Canada, but when I looked at the pasta sauce above it in small writing on the jar it said product of USA. Quite misleading if you ask me so I don’t shop there anymore.

Great when it works
This app is great but has a bad habit of breaking. Out of the blue, the login page doesn’t load. App support doesn’t exist; the button leads you to their store website with no information about app issues. Customer service knows nothing about app functionality. I’ve tried everything anyone can offer to potentially help. Maybe it’s security settings, maybe it doesn’t work with all default browsers…who knows. Im getting pretty sick of apps in general; too many hours lost trying to solve issues.
Needs some work
The app was great until the last update, now I can’t get flyers in the app. Plus, you used to be able to see all the items you add to your cart in department order, now it’s in alphabetical order or by price - not a fan!

Absolutely infuriating
So if I know exactly what I’m looking for, and I know that it’s in stock, and I know the exact name of it, you would think that I would be able to find it by searching for it. You’d think typing in the exact name of something would cause it to come up pretty high in a search. I shouldn’t have to dig to the third page of search results to find something that is related to the product that I want. (You should also prioritize things I’ve favourited, so they come up higher in the search for those items. Knowing something’s exact name and having it favourited should guarantee finding an item on the first page. I don’t want to dig through my favourites and six pages of search results for my regular items) They keep changing the store that I am ordering from for no reason, to a store half an hour away. Sometimes I don’t notice until I get to my usual store, and then realize that you changed it again without telling me. And changing your store manually after filling your cart, deletes half of the things in your cart. So any itemized shopping you were doing from the list, you gotta start that all over again and reading the whole list even the items that are there to make sure they’re still there. And that’s not even the most frustrating part. The most frustrating thing is the performance. It will freeze and lag for no reason when you do things like tap on the search box, scroll, type, pretty much every step. If your shopping list is in another app and you have to multitask back and forth, expect to waste several minutes just waiting for the UI today.

Glitch with substitute all
It’s a good app but there is a glitch when you select substitutions allowed for all. If you switch to a specific substitution rather than shopper, it doesn’t show up on the after purchase screen. If have to uncheck the box at the top of your cart then for each item pick shopper or specific replacement. It then sends them to the shopper. It took a few times of wondering why I didn’t get the replacement I wanted to figure out what was happening. Please correct this glitch so I can go back to only doing some changes rather than every item. Thanks.
Signing In
I have to constantly sign into the app to view or use any of the features and sign in is slow. Once the app is on my phone I want an option to stay signed in.
Frustrated
For the last while produce disappears from my cart before check out. You add it in and seconds later it’s gone.
Easy Peasy
While they may not get it right 100% of the time, it’s almost always perfect and I love the ease. My only issue is the ignorant people who park in the pick up spots.

Good app - some improvements needed
This is a great app for ordering groceries online. I would love though for it to be used in the horizontal view. Also, the search function needs improvements. When I search, I need to type the whole word rather than the beginning of a word otherwise it doesn’t come up with any items. Overall, I like this app of online ordering and pick up of our groceries.
Items Not Being Added to Cart
Update to banana problem. Realized that produce in which you pick more than one will not get added to Cart. I ordered 6 Roma tomatoes, 6 bananas, and several apples and they did not appear in my cart. If you order just one of the items - it will appear in your cart and you have to increase the number you want from the cart page. ........... I add 6 bananas everytime I place an order and everytime I pick up my order at the store there are no bananas. To test it out I added 6 organic bananas and 6 regular bananas to my online cart and then went to the cart page and guess what no bananas. After selecting they are not actually being added to the cart.
This would be much more useful if Apple Wallet was supported
The app works fine, ie it doesn’t crash or anything. But usability is sorely lacking. Why doesn’t the rewards card preload when you open the app?? Why aren’t SaveOn scanners configured to support the symbologies that Apple Wallet supports. Then the card could auto-present based up location just like any other rewards card...think Triangle or Optimum.
Great service
Easy to order. When I have a big order I do delivery. Groceries always delivered with a smile and a pat for the pooch.
My Offers
My offers had now changed it is preloaded for you. I liked it better when you could load the products that you use. Example — I don’t use pampers, I can’t eat pepperoni stick etc Many products are now loaded that I will not use. Let me choose what I want to have for MY Offers

Glitchy
For one of the richest companies in the country, you’d think they could have a decent app. It randomly removes items from my cart, doesn’t bring up the most obvious items in a search, and keeps freezing and glitching.

I wish this app worked better. Set up an order and it wouldn’t let me pass the enter address page. It’s happened numerous times. Been using superstore for a while because of this,, just have it another chance and it still sucks
Would be so much better with Apple Wallet Support
It's clunky to get into and many times it hasn't been logged in when it opens so I just don't do the more card or the people behind me have to wait for the app to log in. For just scanning the card, Apple Wallet! Or have it save my login info and come up with the More card first. But Wallet Support!
Amazing personal shoppers!
My store’s personal shoppers are the greatest! They seem to know the sort of shopper that I am, and if they are ever out of stock on an item, they make very good choices for substitutions. Really appreciate their service.
Used it yesterday
Used the app yesterday and now it won’t show me my offers. Tried to delete and reinstall and now it won’t allow me to even log in
Difficulty using on iPhone.
I can’t add or remove items to my weekly order list. I’d like to have a list of groceries come every week but when I try to add items to my “list” it adds them to my cart. I can’t take the items out of my cart and add them to my “list”. There isn’t any option to buy them later.
App is ok but constant login is annoying
The app is ok, but very slow. Seems like this is because there is lots of overlapping content. It is annoying to have to login all the time; please create options to stay logged in or use Touch ID. Also the coupons and sales aren’t very good, nor are they frequently targeted at products I use. I know you have this data from my rewards card purchase history. Would be nice to have the option to say “I’ll never buy this specific product (I.e. Kefir or protein powder), and stop seeing discounts for it, or to see discounts on items I buy frequently to recognize my loyalty.

App stopped working
Since the update to iOS 26 this app has stopped working! It has been a few months now. When you try to open the app, it doesn’t open, crashes instantly, and take you back to whatever screen you were on. I can sign in on the website so I don’t think it is an identification issue.
Spams marketing pushes. No opt out.
Frustrating. Nice app… I use it… but they keep sending spam marketing pushes and there’s no way to opt out without turning off ALL notifications (that I could find). Pretty sure this violates App Store’s terms.
Good shopping app
Good enough app for checking flyers & such. When converted online shopping cart to a list (no delivery in the rural areas) so I could pick up my own groceries, there’s no way to delete it once you’ve finished.

Useful food shopping app
Getting worse with time. Now when you select an item then return to the flyer, it scrolls back to the beginning of the flyer forcing user to laboriously page by page move back to where they were. Much better off to just use the web page for shopping and this app only for checkout. Not synced: Could be improved greatly by also offering landscape view. Also a flaw in that a shared user checking off a purchase doesn’t show on another shared user’s list.
Membership barcode too small to scan reliably
And unable to add card to my wallet. Have updated the app and no fix.
