Cochrane Co-op
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great store got every thing we need and more.
Confused
Not necessarily a good direction to make seniors navigate to get deals
Yearly return
We don’t like being forced to spend our reward cash at coop
Review
Your Prices are too High. You’re the most expensive of all the stores in this area. Even higher than Safeways. Richard
Product is great, price not so much
I have compared your prices with other stores and you are generally higher.
Two Items
Where is the tax form for the government? I used to get the tax deduction back. I am sorry that dividends no longer come as a cheque. I used to get a tax receipt. Where has that gone?
Not right
I’m writing this for the folks who are not tech savy and the older generation. Your app has done an update. And I had to get help to figure out how to get back to using the app. Older folks who basically helped get Co Op going in the first place, I feel are being left behind. Your app is not user friendly for those who are not into technology. So if you don’t have the app, you miss out on the deals. Disappointing.
Mr & Mrs K.
We’ve grown up here in Oakridge since the early 70’s and have shopped the Co-Op here ever since. Have always enjoyed the quality in spite of prices being higher than some alternative sources .
Slow
Slow to load
Contest terms and conditions
Have checked the terms and conditions of several contests within the app and they always default to some random bacon contest from 2025? Do they not know how to update their own app? I also don’t like having to spin the wheel for each contest before I can get to the next one. They should just have an X on each one so you can ignore it and move on.
Love coop
Great service
Unable to create account
Terrible experience trying to create an account in the app AND website. Getting an error occurred message, can’t imagine the what else doesn’t work. Frustrating!
Just Average
A two out of five star due to the constant issues with App, not allowing a password reset to my Hotmail account. Along with higher prices on several items compared to both Safeway and No Frills, across the street .
App
Can not find a way to add my card to my wallet app for iPhone
Not as good as it used to be
I’m still miffed that Coop stopped providing a shopping list. That was super handy.
Login Issues, No help provided
Can’t login or verify with my into since recent changes. I’ve reached out for help- and also have in the past for other issues- and either there’s no help or it’s very cumbersome.
Poorly Managed
If the app is glitching and you’re having purchases, co-op, won’t add any of the purchases to your account bonus cash and or anything else any other rewards that you were entitled to if the app is glitching, it takes them months to fix any glitches in the app and there is no App Support for users other than HEAD OFFICE doesn’t answer the phone and respond to request from the store promptly.
Removed shopping list feature
Good app. I’m not sure why the shopping list feature was removed with the latest upgrade - it was an easy way to share a grocery list within the family. We use the app a lot less now because of this.
Best grocery shopping anywhere
So grateful for the High River Co-op. Amazing choices at good choices.
Angry
Coop is going in the toilet. It seems they are doing everything they can to drive people away. Management is terrible.
What happened to the shopping list?
So disappointed they removed the shopping list- WHY????
Shopping list missing?
On a recent update, the Sopping List function for non-online shopping (in the More…Shopping section of the app appears to be missing: only ‘Your receipts’ available). This was very handy for family members to work on together to compile a single list. Will it be back?
Love you guys!
Apps a life saver especially when making plans for shopping for booze and typical shopping! Keep it up and make the bonus cash genuine cash again. That’s the one thing I need as a newly 19 year old
Over complicated
Nice, keeping our rebate hostage.
Concerns
Why is Coop not competitive in there grocery prices as most items are higher than all the other grocery stores? Isn’t a cooperative supposed to be for the individual members and provide them with competitive pricing?
Potatoes
They were not even 2nd grade. Many blemishes and scars. Could only use labour half the potatoe.
Great app
Have been using Co-Op app for the past 15 years and everytime they Amaze us with new offers, gas saving plus saving on groceries plus for filling out the gas co-op has included me in their Equity which is awesome
Tech support uninterested
The app changes without warning. My grocery lists disappeared one day - lost shopping list for my dad’s 80th party. Warning would have been nice. Tech support just blows you off with platitudes
Co-op loyalist
Awkward to use, need to be able to create grocery lists as I click on items.
Could be improved
It’s fine, it works but it would be nice to have more selection of products for online purchases. More frustratingly: I have several alcohol products that are auto added to the shopping list when playing games. I don’t care about alcohol and don’t want to play the games to get them out of the way to play the games for prizes I want like coop cash or products I’d actually use. Add a feature to skip the games you have no interest in.
Love the app
I love this app, I wake up Monday morning to see if I won the weekly prize. Coops meat and produce is the best in Canada.
extremely slow and buggy
unfortunately very slow. Each page takes a lot of time to load. some links often don’t work (like order history)
Login Issues Ongoing
With this app required to access Bonus Cash, it needs to allow you to consistently log in. In my experience it continually puts me in a “sign in” loop and does not progress to the app interaction page after putting in correct login details. Only way I’ve found to fix this and log in is to delete the app, restart my device and reinstall then log in - but I better wait to do that until I’m right at the checkout otherwise who knows if I will have access to use bonus cash when I choose to. This needs a significant troubleshoot and fix for consistent usability experience.
Very sad
I love my store in the Hamptons, I’m very sad it is closing . The staff there are so friendly and helpful ,never ever have I had a bad experience there. Thankyou to the staff for making grocery shopping a pleasant experience
Shabby!
Went to the co-op gas station on 17th Ave., Southeast in Calgary, Put gas in, at 9:40 PM (they close at 10) and really needed to use the bathroom. When I went in and asked if I could have the key, I was told that it was closed for the day. If the store closes at 10, closed for the day should be at 10 PM. Maybe I’ll bring my business elsewhere.
One of Calgary's Best Kept Secrets
Wanna shop local, keep profits here, get paid for patronage, and get to know some really cool people? If so Calgary Co-op is here.
Play & Win
Played the game for Cal and Gary’s candy and won. When I went to pick up the candy the clerk said it only applied to the Cochrane store. Co-op is co-op and I’m surely not going to drive to Cochrane for a free bag of candy. Your app should be location based if you’re going to screw around your members like this. Bad Carma!!!
