Very Quick to Fix Bugs
Undoubtedly, there will always be unexpected ‘bugs’ in an app that will appear. How quickly and effectively it is fixed is what is most important. I noticed a small glitch on Thursday morning, and on Friday night, an update was scheduled to fix this issue. Very impressed with the speed in removing this minor ‘bug’. Keep doing what you’re doing!
Super slow
Worse grocery apps i ever have
Great but please bring back the ability to circle flyer items!
I love being able to browse my local store’s flyer and my scene card deals in the same place. They used to have a feature where you could click on a flyer item and it would circle it and add it to your list. Now, it reroutes you to the product page where you have to click 3 times, just to be booted back to the top of the flyer.

The app always crash when I am in the middle of shopping

I like the digital offers and am able to have my local Chalo flyer and shopping list in one app
App not working
The Fresh Co website says “request is blocked.” Since the last update the Fresh Co app has not worked. It won’t show flyers or loaded offers. The home page on the app says loading and store closed at 3pm. The store doesn’t close until 9pm.
Locked out
I am locked out of my account after trying to log in (the app logged me out). I had changed my password because last time it said wrong password. So I entered the new password, and it said it was wrong. Attempted to change and wouldn’t let me, then locked me out. I don’t understand why it constantly logs me out and then says my saved password is wrong. Super frustrating.
Shopping list could be better
It does not group items by isle, and does not move things to the bottom as you cross them off - also, if something is out of stock it will not let you delete from the list.
Saves me so much money
Thank you fresh co for having the lowest prices in my city for groceries! I always love going to your store to shop
Glitchy
E-mailed offers never load up when clicked on. Result in error message. Why spam my inbox weekly with offers that can’t be loaded.!
Not working at all after new update.
1. Slow 2. Unresponsive 3. Stupid asks for codes 4. Stupid MFA How to improve 1. Code with real programming language not framework 2. Hire QA person 3. Fire network administration 4. Change server providers 5. Remove MFA and insert securykeys

I like the app but the new challenges won't show on the screen.

Horrible app so glitchy and laggy
Why when I try to scroll it opens a product when I initially touch the screen to scroll down? Fix your app so it’s not a pain to use.
Requires an update in when I’m trying to use it in store
The new version of the app has a major flaw. Not once, but twice I was forced to update the app to the app when I have been shopping at the FreshCo store. When I open the FreshCo app I was greeted with a “update app” pop up. There’s no way to get rid of the pop up. Tried closing/reopening app and pop up still in the middle of the screen so you can’t use the app unless you update it first. So, can you please do something about this so that when people are shopping at FreshCo and NOT CONNECTED TO WIFI, they’re not forced to update the app and use their DATA to update just so they can use the app!?! I update all my apps on a daily basis when I’m at home and connected to wifi. But, the FreshCo app wants you to update when you’re in the store shopping and so you use your data. That’s twice now. Not a coincidence. No other app requests an update when I’m NOT connected to wifi.
App sucks
Its doesn’t loaded all time on offers and offers sucks sorry half of items on offers I haven’t purchased in while
Always Accessible Offers
Unlike other stores who have made their offers every week, super complicated to access and load, FreshCo continues to give straightforward offers, which is so appreciated. If it says we are going to earn points on a product and we buy it we get those points. We don’t have to meet a certain criteria whereby if you don’t do something exactly right you don’t get the offer. Thank you for making it simple and easy to use we will continue to make this store our main store for shopping thank you and have a great day.

Won’t let you sign up in the app. Luigi visited the wrong CEO.
Missing points
I purchased an item on my offers list for 250pts but never received the points. Have to talk to a live agent as opposed to having a feature on the app for an inquiry into missing points ugh.

Very difficult to acquire points, unlike the independent app. Thank you.
Scam?
I haven’t got my Scene+ points. Wrote to the agent via chat from the fresco app. And they asked me about the sms code. It this valid at all? Scene says Do Not give any information or code to anyone even even to the customer support
App Frustration
Download, did everything, created account and I can’t even log in. Tried half a dozen times. Could be good, but it’s not. Immediately deleted.
Fine, until something goes askew
The app, and offers, work fairly well. But trying to get points that I should have been awarded, but weren’t, is a major effort. First: try chat. Identify myself four times, and after ten minutes, get sent to a 1-800 number. Takes five minutes to get through push-button-3 jungle, then a human being. Then identify myself five different ways this time, and I have to take screenshots of missed offers, and scans of cash register tapes. Do these people not have access to their own records? Honestly, it feels as if they’re making things difficult to get customers to give up. The Loblaws PC Optimum app has a MUCH better system — a specific pull-down screen to list details of problem, and that’s all I have to do. Scene+ complaints procedure is horrible and complex.

Won’t let me login or link my scene card in order to load offers. Tried many times.
Slowest app ever
Battery drain, excruciatingly sluggish, available stock does not match what’s in store, overall terrible experience. Do not use. Website is not much better - constantly logs you out and login process is cumbersome
Constantly locks me out
This is a terrible app for thick I spend too much time trying to load or find out what the offers are. In addition the number of rewards you receive to have discounts is hardly worth it.
Useless App
This App would have been useful, if a checkout is available, you would have thought that after covid everything would have no contact options. Please update this app so it can be more useful to online users
