London Drugs
Totally useless app. …. Reset my password at least 10 times and app works for 2 weeks and then starts kicking me out .. very frustrating and unprofessional ! Talked to LD Extras multiple times times as well at store and on phone .. Going to quit program as no satisfactions … like the store ! Too bad !
Good app; but, this would make it better.
I use the app exclusively for refilling my Rx. Great time saver; however, if I am refilling multiple Rx, I make all my selections and it is not until I go to the last step that I am informed that one of my selections can’t be refilled till a later date, yet all the others go through. If the app could indicate the dates where the Rx is refillable then I could coordinate them better. Fewer trips for me, more consolidated work for the pharmacy.
Can’t get app support. Not the right options. App won’t let me sign in

Your app keeps singing me out, won’t accept my password and then Tells me I haven’t logged in for 3 years even though I JUST changed my password and signed in within the past couple weeks.
Prescription renewals work well.
It is easy to now verify prescription renewals. Thanks!
London Drugs puts a lot of effort into making sure there’s no way to sign in
App asks for the 10 digit member ID but refuses to recognize the number. The forgot password link expects a member ID that is an email address and truncates it to 10 characters which is completely useless. Company sends emails to the email address that the app refuses to accept.
Good app
I like the app because it lets me know how many points I have and what rewards I can get. I would like to be able to see my purchase history through the app, that would be a nice upgrade.
Keeps locking me out of the pharmacy side
I want to look up which prescriptions need a refill from my Doctor. I am seeing her next week. The app keeps locking me out of the pharmacy side. I try resetting the password, and nothing. Into limbo land I go. I go to the pharmacy and they tell me to just logon, but I can’t. I will be going to the pharmacy to find out what prescriptions need to be renewed. Sigh. When the app works, very rarely, it works great.
Download an ap that sends the users to their website?
I’m surprised that a Great Canadian Tech Retailer would still be so far behind on their stand alone ap development. The last thing I expected was to be sent to the London Drugs website so I could book in my iPhone for service. How is this possible in 2025?
Point Collection
Point collection on all purchases will be more incentive to do more shopping in store.
Great store. Lousy app
Love the store. Our go to place for electronics and pantry goods. But LD’s app needs a serious overhaul… broken links, inventory updates are not correct. Forgets login details, and location placement always , always wrong!
Needs upgrades!
Love London Drugs. Hate the app. it is so frustratingly slow, search bar is painful, when you click on a product, it doesn’t take you back to where you left off, it starts all over again. My husband thinks it’s great, because I get frustrated, leave my cart full of stuff and close the app. Unfortunately, for you and him, I just go somewhere else to spend my money. Lol
Apple Pay
Can’t add my card to Apple Wallet because of a glitch. “Add” button goes too far up the screen and behind the battery icon making it unclickable.
Employee
Koodo’s to employee 0241 at self checkout 033 for going above and beyond patiently to help me redeem my LD voucher and my birthday voucher. I had redeemed it online and asked why it didn’t go through so she checked and found I needed to redeem it in the voucher section as well. Then she rescanned everything we redeemed both vouchers.
Stupid app
Why does it even exist this stupid app? Nothing is functional! Everything is over complicated!!!
Great Store,great selection
Poor customer service
Extremely Unreliable
The basic design of this App is horrific and not the least bit user friendly. I have repeatedly been locked out of my account, specifically for the pharmacy side. It seems highly risky to try and combine two completely different apps into one. Separate these and focus on making the pharmacy side reliable.
No happy with this app
I tried to log in and the app does not recognize my credentials. I tried to reset the password and again does not recognize my credentials. It’s very frustrating.
Absolutely useless
The *only* reason I even bothered downloading this app was to make refilling my prescriptions easier. But instead of just being able to enter the information off my latest refill, it asked for a photograph. And then I couldn’t upload the photo. Completely useless. Deleted.
App Needs Work
This app is very buggy and needs works. Every time I use it, I get some sort of an error. When I go and request a refill, there is an error that says cannot read sub field. Then you press submit again and it says that this has already been submitted. There’s also no confirmation to tell you that you’ve successfully submitted a refill. I have to call in to ensure the pharmacy receives it. It could be a good app, but developer needs to do more testing.
Overly complex
You need to make extras, your incentive to shop a lot easier. Your system is stupid.
Bare bones
Lets you re-order your prescriptions, but lacks convenience features. Can’t see a list of outstanding orders, doesn’t seem to keep you up-to-date via text or email.
Painful authentication.
App is fine but the logging on is cumbersome especially after not logging in for a while. Please make it easier to login via sms or another authentication method
Confused
This app keeps giving me user codes and passwords I can’t figure out how to get a refill or if I already have
Can’t sign in
Extremely poor instruction such that I was unable to input a user name or password and there was no ready explanation as to why. Now that points are only redeemed through this app they are now effectively useless to me. Inconvenient and unhelpful.
No online shopping
The button for “shop online” just opens a page in web browser. Immediately deleted as that was the only reason I downloaded. Might be helpful for other things like prescriptions or points, but I really can’t say.
Keeps Updating…
This app keeps updating. Deleted, reinstalled, still updating 🤦♂️
Don’t use for “quick refills” on prescriptions
My prescriptions are rarely ready on time, regardless of when I submit a refill request via the app. It’s so bad that today I finally just asked the pharmacist if I should even use the app for refills and she flat out said no. As for the rest of the app, it’s not particularly user friendly.
