Best store in town.
I was in grade school when they built the new CO-OP at the east end of town. Lots of businesses have come and gone. My CO-OP, pretty much has most items I need, the staff are very helpful and able to order in most of what is not in stock. I enjoy shopping there and great service!!
Terrible app
Asking for my association when I live in Calgary, and no Calgary associations pop up when inputting Calgary. Waste of time app. Better of googling your questions.
App
I love the app for the grocery store but unfortunately I am unable to look at the farm service flyer being from a small town, that could be why. I used to be able to.
Loved the app
We used to love this app when we traveled but it doesn’t show the card locks that have premium fuel anymore. There was always a list of what fuel was available at the location that I can’t find anymore.
Online access
Online access: after perusing your Agro flyer online, I was attempting to locate a local Agro dealership but as I didn’t know specifically where they were located I had to use the map with the little “pin” location indicators. This map on a phone is almost impossible to use. The “pins” are literally stacked in such a way that you can not actually locate the nearby Co-Op facilities. Also it will not bring the locations up by province alone… so all of North America is used then the 3 provinces with Co-Op stores are jammed in a very small area which a phone cannot possibly enlarge enough to sort out the locations. Not well designed! For the size of the groups included one would expect more.
My Coop
I was wondering when Coop will install electric chargers at the stations. This would encourage more electric vehicles on Canadian roads. Because anything we can do to reduce Climate Change and wildfires and flooding is greatly appreciated.
Calgary
If you're looking for Calgary on the location list like I was, you need to use a different app for some reason. Shout out to the support person who gave a completely useless answer to this on previous reviews. Happy to do your job for you!
Co-op
Top marks for service. Prices are pretty high on groceries.
Won’t stay signed in.
Keeps signing me out of the app, despite checking off “Keep Me Signed In”. Annoying.
No access to coupons
The app keeps giving me the message to update in order to access my coupons, but there are no updates available.
Quick Service
Excellent Experience
No Calgary?
Where is Calgary on the list? I’ve searched everywhere and can’t seem to find it when trying to plug in my membership. Terrible way to find your co-op by scrolling the entire list. Waste of time.
My review
The only regret I have about joining my Co-op is that I didn’t do it years earlier. I love that the dollars I spend stay local AND do such good in the Community. Every time I grab groceries or gas I share a smile, a laugh, a story or all 3 with the People I meet.
App is, sounds like??
App always asks me for a code, old technology Coop, send a code via text, rather than snail mail. Very confusing app, nothing is where you would expect it, very dated, primitive app.
Can’t get it to work anymore
New update just sits and buffers…nothing else. I would love to use the app to order groceries, please fix! Also when it was working.. no way to “add to cart” from your shopping list. That would be handy.
Weekly Shopper
Very clean, organized, friendly staff and staff are always available to help you with a smile.
Not working
Hi. My local car wash has been out of commission for quite a few days. Just wondering if you will be compensating our subscriptions for this inconvenience? I can’t seem to find any information to contact the company personally. 🤷🏻♀️
Produce
Enjoy the fresh produce👍
Password max length
Creating an account enforces a MAX password length of 16 characters. This is sketchy! Passwords should be hashed to a fixed length before storing in any database, and there is no other technical reason to enforce a maximum password length. If someone is doing one dumb IT thing, they are usually doing a few dumb IT things. Do not trust this app or this company with any private information.
Co-op
Easy to use app!
Great app if the plan is to have users shop elsewhere
This is one unbelievably pathetic app. I’d give it -5 stars if I could. Have the programmers ever seen any of the thousands of apps created by programmers who know what they’re doing? Update: something changed. Now the app just switches back to asking how do you want every timr you try to select something you may consider buying but won’t. It is much easier to shop somewhere else.
Missing flyers on home coop
You must have a bug in your system because every once in awhile if I want to check out the Rural Roots flyer I have to go to another coop site! Like the app otherwise!!
Missing locations on map
There are a few locations missing in Winnipeg. There are a few huskies that have been switched over to co op and there is a new one going up at the old petro Canada site at grant and Nathaniel
Calgary Co-op 👍
Love the app, both for iPhone and iPad. It’s comparatively expensive but I do shop there for some items that aren’t found anywhere else that I know of, for fresh produce and the decent bakery (for the most part), and some products from deli, meats and seafood.
Will not let you sign in
This app has an infuriating bug. When you want to sign in to do online grocery shopping or access your shopping list it says that either your password or email is incorrect. Except if you use the exact same credentials to sign in using a browser such as Safari then it works completely, thus rendering this app completely useless.
Excellent Update!
Seamless process, UX is ON POINT. No bugs and some nice new features. Well done.
Update has made the app unusable
Ever since this lates update I can no longer load the flyers - as the app hangs when I type in the location of my preferred food store. As this was my primary purpose if using said app- it has made it useless. Previously it just remembered my fav store and took me straight to the flyers. Attempted using app support- but the link only leads to the Coop site and a place to download the app- no support included. I hope you fix this.
Good app for a great company
My Leduc Co-op is a great place to shop… friendly customer service, knowledgeable staff and great selection prices! Checking the app the night before shopping saves time! Well done Co-Op!
App doesn’t work.
Can’t do any online shopping. Terrible experience.
Could be better
The latest update, although good, isn’t great. When using “Item View” you could tap on an item, ie: Cheez Whiz, and it would not only show the size of the jar but also Velveeta as an alternative. Now you can tap all you want on an item and nothing happens, at all. Also, using buns as an example, it only indicates the price, not how many are in the bag. I know things are getting expensive but come on, 2 for $7.00?? Okay, okay, maybe a dozen? Or a half dozen? Who knows…. maybe it really IS only two.
All in one
Just everything I need. Plus lots of good deals and savings
Former employees not allowed to have an account??
I worked here for over a year. Was forced to quit. Anytsys after this my account (and the money) has gone inactive. The attempt for contact has gone unanswered. So many people have negative interactions with this. Now I can see why!
Luv
I luv the app and so but the season greetings contest thingy to enter your codes is lacking put codes in but it won’t go past loading then I have to close app and re enter the code in the spot but crashes take a minimum of four tries to get the code to work and yes I am putting the codes in and they are spelled correctly it’s the summit part that fails and won’t load the codes after four tries besides that luv co op luv stores and my local gas station and the workers that work at my local gas stations in steinbach
Error Occurred
The message “An error occurred” keeps on showing up every time I try to sign in.
Review
Very clean store great variety of products & your staff are very friendly & helpful.
Total crap now
Used to use the coop app all the time from checking flyers to card balance . Ever since you “ updated “ the app it is almost completely useless . Can’t check card balance as it is never able to find card , as well as numerous other “ upgrades “ please bring back original or fix this one . I only gave you a one star review as it won’t allow me to give you a negative star .
