“Can we not think for ourselves?”: The decline of the human species.
I personally don’t like or use AI assistants and would prefer Sparky to be removed from the app entirely. If that isn’t possible, please at least give users the option to customize/edit the bottom navigation bar so we can remove Sparky and put Search back in its place. Search is a core shopping function and makes much more sense there than an AI assistant.

It's not bad but I can't stand searching for things, the amount of promoted products they shove in your face that wastes your time to find things is extremely annoying. I search for chicken breast and the first 4/6 items in the list are promoted rice products. Like what the heck. You pay for the monthly delivery plan and still they shove ads down your throat just trying to shop. Not to mention this Isn't even a Canadian company.
Slow
The app is so sloooow, and cart will close while shopping, forcing you to log back in and continue shopping. It took over 30 minutes to place a basic grocery order. Ugh.
Much appreciated
My first experience would Walmart delivery was horrible because that person left in the lobby but then I called for the second time and they delivered to my door. I use a walker so it was challenging the first time but now we got everything good and I do appreciate it thank you for your services.
Keeps changing my pickup location
Why the hell does this dumb app keep changing my pickup location to Ontario when I live in Saskatchewan. To not avail I change it back and go to checkout and bam back to Mississauga Ontario wtf….

GLITCHY
The app is SO glitchy. Every time I try and order groceries it tells me there are technical difficulties or that function is temporarily unavailable it’s really frustrating. Quick to take your money but obviously none of it goes toward the developers to fix stuff.

Constantly difficult but cheap delivery
Walmart app constantly doesn’t find what you’re looking for even though you type it in perfectly and has the stuff in store, that you know is there that, then gets pulled out of your cart when you go to check out. Honestly the worst part is just the app interface, it is time-consuming to shop, but unfortunately is one of the best options when you’re in Thunder Bay. In today’s AI driven life can’t they pay someone to develop a better APP. Come on Walmart, get with the times, please!!!!!
I love this app
I love this app, just hate that it won’t allow you to add a bunch of groceries at once. It stops me after like 10 items and says there’s an error and won’t let me add more for an hour or so. I’ve gotten to the point where I start it at 5:00am just to place my order at 8:00am.

Saves money & time
Using the grocery delivery service saves me time and money! It’s convenient to create my shopping list by adding items to my cart throughout the week and then selecting a delivery date & time that works best for me!
Very annoyed
I really depend on this service and my app rarely works. I will be mid ordering and randomly says technical issues try again later and won’t let me add anything into my cart. I’ve emailed Walmart, tried talking to the stores and get no where.

Repeat issues with technical difficulties. You can see the items but can’t add them to your cart. Super frustrating.

Glitchy app
App is very slow to load, even as I’m on fibre broadband, the latest iPhone, with nothing else open. I work in software development and app testing as a senior leader. I’ve worked in the IT industry for +18yrs. So this is not in my case I use our error. in fact it as often timed out and I need to add items. Also, 1/3 x, the app does not allow me to join the membership so I’ve had to pay for delivery — even though I am already a member. Why continue? The shoppers pick great produce. The delivery drivers are always ahead of schedule and when I see them very kind and I always tipped them as well.
