Parking
Although I have been using the app for a number of years now and update ad required. Lately, when I park, my registration number is not found in the app, but the pay machines can find it no problems. After calling support, the fix is to see the service desk when I come to the store.
Westfields
Finding Westfield bsgs . How to redeem ?
Perfect
Everything is in under the same roof
Parking failures
Good idea but doesn’t work. Number plate and payment method entered in app but still have to pay non-member parking fee with card on way out.
Review for Westfield app
This app helped me with my shopping, parking and much more, there were also member benefits available that were exclusive and I was happy to have the chance to win a prize, overall I find this app both useful and enjoyable as it helped me with my daily errands.
Doesn’t share cars
I joined using my Apple account, which hides email address, and can’t add our car because it’s on my wife’s account. She tried to share it but that doesn’t work due to the Apple account. Who did the testing for this?
Decent
Haven’t won anything by yet but I’m hoping to win some giveaways
Great
Love use
Not thought out
Asks for phone number to send code to but says that number is being used by another account. Number matches my profile.
Game
Enjoying this game can't wait to visit Westfield's to get the gold bag
Always logs out
App always logs out after a few days.
Can’t select preferred Centre in NZ
This App is marketed as an all round app for Westfield Branded Malls across Australia and New Zealand there’s even a section under your Account settings where you can set you’re preferred centre where you shop at the most. Problem is it only shows Australian regions with no option to set a NZ mall. For NZ users it defaults to Westfield New Market so you get email updates about New Market even if it’s not your local Westfield. The app needs work.
Store Layout Fanastic
Easy to find stores all over.
Y tho
I really hate it when companies forced me to download their app to do the most basic stuff. Why do I have to download a app to navigate your mall? Like why would you turn off the information kiosks and force everyone to get the app instead? Please stop with the terrible anti-consumer behaviour.
Plate
Had some difficulties to register my car plate
Membership not available
Can not open the app as it only shows the screen that: there is a problem loading Westfield membership.
Car park didn’t register my payment MUL 347
Had to phone to get out
Great for benefits
Great for parking and other benefits
Not recognising number plate
Spent time down loading the app and checking number plate only to be told that car is not parked here.
Car parking
App will not accept my car rego or e mail address so had to pay full price for parking
Not user friendly
A bit difficult to navigate. Especially to check parking fee…
Westfield App
Excellent perks and inside scoops on upcoming sales. Love the weekly updates. Very helpful information for a frequent visitor.
Warriewood
I exited the car park expecting not to pay & had to pay $6!! Couldn’t check app as it doesn’t work anymore
Car Rego Changes
I find the app doesn’t work when trying to remove a rego and add a new one!!! Very frustrating!! Westfield can you please fix this asap!!! It states the rego is already allocated when trying to add a new rego. Rego’s should be multiple use as different drivers with same rego cars.
I love my member card

Ms Katherine
I had a great experience with Warringah Mall concierge yesterday. In particular Sonya, who was exceptionally helpful and should be commended for being polite, cheerful and nothing is too difficult to assist with. Her attitude to assist needed to be recognized and it is staff like this that Westfield should proud of. She represents Westfield.
Parking
Went to Westfield Penrith yesterday visited restaurant and Joan theatre when I went to leave I found I had not been given extra two hours free parking ? Paid The fee and left
car not found
the app always shows that the car not found when your car already parked in the parking area.
What would we do without it
Love the shopping and my extended hours parking. Also security is bumped up so even better.
Rego
Can’t fix error
Westfield plus - parking
App stated extended parking times for members and we stayed 3.5hrs and were billed as if we were not members. I had the number plate in the app too. Disappointed about that.
Mr Glen Hughes
I wish there was a Westfield in Gosford. We actually prefer Hornsby and Chatswood to Tuggerah, but I always find what I am looking for when shopping at Westfield
Changing number plate
Can’t change. Error: something went wrong. Not informative nor useful.
Parking
Love the 4 hours free parking, very convenient and easy.
Removed 1hr extra free parking
Pointless after they removed the extra free hour of parking at Chatswood
