Log in issues
Made an account that was immediately locked for some reason. Contacting support during their available hours when I have they assured me the issue was ”resolved” it wasn’t. Easily the most frustrating reward system out there. Just gonna stick to flybuys instead.

Not happy Last time I updated I got logged out, when I buy food at Woolworths it over an to get back in. When use the app I don’t want go through heaps of advertisements I need just the app.

Great app takes time to learn all of it how to use but it is so much better than using Cole’s/ flybys plus so many benefits if you link your reward card with the Woolies mobile app you will get 10 percent off your shopping every month

I placed a order online with Woolworths and got it delivered and it was terrible. 6 items were incorrect and items were missing and then the chicken breast and the ham were all slimy and smelt off

It works about 85% of the time then for some reason it signs you out. When I try to sign in again it says “it can’t open safari because I’m not connected to the internet” even though other websites are working in safari just fine. This is probably the buggiest app I’ve ever used.

Communication shouldn’t be this difficult
I ordered a new card weeks ago and with I’m missing so many points because NOTHING has arrived. Trying to communicate and get help is absolutely pointless.
Works well overall
Generally a well-functioning app. Suggestion: move the icons for features people use more frequently closer to the beginning of the row ie help/fuel/specials etc. People don’t need to purchase insurance as frequently as they do fuel or groceries and it’s annoying to have to scroll past things I don’t want to see the things I do want. Also, I’ve said it before and I’m saying it again, please provide a way to hide offers that aren’t of interest to individual users.

Not worth having anymore. They use to offer extra points for spending a certain amount of money but I no longer get these offers. I see that other people do so the offers should be the same for everyone.

Rewards silliness
The available rewards are nonsense; insurance, origin energy, medical and pharmacy, travel insurance. Just give us rewards for in store items please and stop the upselling.
Staff Appreciation
I would like to recognise Daniel, who was working on Register 1 at Woolworths Rouse Hill and was finishing his shift at 5:00pm today. It was a particularly busy Friday afternoon, but Daniel was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I realised after he had started scanning my groceries that I had forgotten an item. Without any hesitation, he kindly allowed me to run back and get it while he continued scanning and packing my groceries. I then realised I had purchased more than I could comfortably carry and needed to get a trolley. Daniel very kindly offered to keep an eye on my bags while I ran to the front of the store to get one. What really stood out was the care he took when packing everything. He packed my groceries beautifully and made sure my eggs and bread were positioned safely so they wouldn’t be squashed or damaged. These little things make such a difference to a customer’s experience, particularly on a busy Friday afternoon. Daniel was friendly, patient, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make things easier for me. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Daniel and let his manager know how much I appreciated his wonderful customer service. He is a real credit to the Woolworths Rouse Hill team. ⭐️
App no longer works
The app no longer works. The default auto update feature caused the app to update to a version it compatible with my phone. Deleted and redox loaded it, app stroresays it will give a version compatible with my phone. The download promises a compatible version but the app delivered is not compatible. Come on Woolworths, test your apps correctly and fix this one now. Btw, the coles app is fine.
Adding card to apple wallet isn’t working
Adding rewards card to Apple wallet is a really good feature but I can’t add it. If i press the button to add to wallet, it just shows loading mark and nothing happens afterwards. Reinstalled and even updated my phone but still can’t do it.

What is the point of this App if you can’t download on an older phone that cannot update latest IOS. Do you expect that every one has a new phone or can afford to upgrade. The older App worked fine, now I have no App to check points or boost rewards! This is discrimination.

Constant server error
While the card function might work, the rest of the features and pages won’t load and say ‘server error’. This means I can’t access rewards… frustrating

Unfortunate App Roll-out
The app requires iOS 18 to update. With the requires Update, the app is unable to load. The owner of the phone, can decide what iOS version the want. It does not need to be iOS 18 or later. Basically just killed the app on the phone. No longer need to use the app anymore.
