Very organized app
Doesn’t work
App has updated and logged me out. Forced a password reset, and works in a browser, but app will not open. App support in the apple App Store takes me to a site trying to sell me postage!
No animations pls
The initial sliding animation is an unnecessary addition and makes it so slow that one wonders if the app broke. Anyone else has this issue?
Purchase history QR codes unavailable
Sort the blooming app out!!!! The purchase history QR codes have been unavailable for months. I usually drop off at my local sorting office and they print the label from the QR code…BUT IT DOES NOT WORK IN THE APP ANYMORE!!! I do not have a printer - so it is massively inconvenient to screenshot the label and take it to a print shop. AND you’ve put parcel delivery prices up AGAIN this year. Sort it out! E for effort - must try harder!

Cannot see purchase history. To see the purchase history I have to go to the Royal Mail website with Safari

Faulty App
Whoever is designing and testing this app are not paying attention! Constantly logs you out Shows parcels from weeks ago as active (as the first items listed) even though when you click through they are delivered But the live tracking feature is a pointless/meaningless function! How can you be 5 stops away for 3 hours, I could see the van at the end of the road and delivering items and then left still 5 stops and 3 hours later delivered (and similar experiences on other days) This is just the issue with the app before you get into parcels getting stuck in distribution centres MUST DO BETTER
Broken
The app half works. Still has the massive green banner blocking the view. At least that's nor something we can close. But why does it generate two versions of every delivery? You get the delivery with the provided tracking number. And you get the other delivery on the tracking page (same item, same shipment, randomly generated tracking number). Fix your delivery system and this app could get 5* reviews.
Please sort out your app as cant log in
Wanted to log in so I can get a prof of postage through the app so I won’t have to got to the post office but can’t login. I can log in on the website though
Extremely frustrating
Very clunky app that does NOT deliver. Impossible to book redeliveries or collections. Even after redelivery was finally booked it does not link to the app. Terrible
Improvement needed
Few issues with the app: - what’s the point in this app if it doesn’t notify me about the upcoming deliveries? Instead I have to find the tracking number from seller then add it to the app and only then I can see it in my tracking list! Very stupid. Sorry. - the app offers to add a nickname for the tracking delivery, but then this nickname disappears! What’s the point offering this option?
Useless can’t even log in
Can’t even log in despite being able to do so on the web, keeps saying ‘oops sorry there was a problem try again later’ have tried multiple times over many days and still no joy. Partnered with the mess they make of delivery it’s a no from me.
SO slow
The screen takes at least a minute to load; ridiculous.
2 drop star due am keeping ask accept cookies (no f way) and log out self not happy!!
If log out again and come back take 1 star away!
App has been buggy for over a month
Won’t allow me to log in, had to reset the password and it’s still showing as incorrect. Can’t efficiently use the app without logging in, as I need to log my postage receipts in app account due to my business.
Can’t handle overseas addresses
App expects every postcode to be in UK format, even if you’ve selected a different country!

App Problem with Addresses outside the UK
I wanted to register myself to use this app. Although I entered the address manually and chose Germany as my country of residence I can not register as the app does not accept German post codes, which are made up of 5 numbers. Nice try, but not good enough! Try recognising that post codes are always in UK format, please…
Frustrating
I must have reset my password a dozen times and it recognises it once then the next time I try log in it tells me it doesn’t recognise my log on details. Deleted it out of frustration.
Bug when registering with a foreign address
Why do I need to register to track an item when I don’t need to on the website? The app supports registering with a foreign address, but won’t accept a non British postcode lol. Did anyone test this app before releasing it? Having registered with a fudged address, the tracking does seem to work.
Locked out immediately
Downloaded, set a name & password, activated facial recognition & was promptly refused log in & then locked out - continuously, so basically it’s an unusable app 🤷🏼♂️
Sadly it’s no longer fit for purpose
A once really useful app with all the important tracking etc to keep an eye on parcels is no longer possible. A few weeks back it started asking to login every time. Wouldn’t stay logged in. Now it doesn’t even log in at all despite the correct login details and going through a password reset it won’t even login with the updated info. Run out of login attempts. Deleted the app. No longer fit for purpose. What has become of you Royal Mail?
Does not work!
I’ve been trying for about 2 hours to re-book a delivery for a card that was posted through my door and it is impossible! I scan the barcode and it takes me to the order. Tells me I have to login. It does not recognise my password (even though I know it’s right!) I reset my password. It still doesn’t recognise the password I’ve just set! So I try the website. It lets me login (using the exact same details) I put in the tracking details. Click to arrange re-delivery. It asks for the tracking code again. Then takes me back to the order. Where I already was and click arrange re-delivery again. Then it just goes round in a loop asking for the code again and never gives me the option to actually book the re-delivery. Aaaaaaaaarrrrgh!
