Very impressed
Impressed with this App it is very easy to use and has saved me quite a lot on my phone bills
A disgrace of a company.
Started of as a good company to earn money back on transactions but now they don’t track transactions accurately and now you get enter into a chance to get bonus cash each month instead of earning it with purchases like before. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Slowly going downhill
I used this app to begin with years ago and it was great. Lots of ways to shop and earn rewards. But since the introduction of a prize draw rather than bonuses then it’s becoming less useful. I didn’t have a choice as to being out in the prize draw and I wouldn’t have chosen to. Come on airtime sort it out. Looking at the reviews the prize draws aren’t liked. Time to take our feedback on board and ditch them.
Used to be good
Used to be good not anymore, you use to be able to collect rewards doing everyday shopping at supermarkets, high street shops now it’s all items you very rarely buy or you have to use a link. I will take out what rewards I have because the last time I received a reward was may and delete the app.
Needs to be better
I’ve had this app for a few years and to start with it was good, but recently it very rarely tracks any transactions, I don’t check the app regularly but I have bought things from the qualifying retailers throughout this year and not one transaction has been tracked.

Was a 5 Star App…
It saddens me to write this about what was once an amazing app… but since quite a while now, it no longer works. Even though all my cards are registered and I shop in the same stores as I always have, no longer am I getting even a penny. Reading other folks’ recent reviews, I find this is a common issue. The app does not work. My partner has deleted the app also having the same issue. Pointless having the app taking up memory space on one’s mobile when the app doesn’t work.
Please read this before you get excited
App worked brilliant at first, cash back rewards were quickly added to your airtime and you can deduct it on your mobile bill but now it takes about 90 days to add your cash back before you can use it. By the time the points are added mobile contract will be finished and I’m still waiting for mine to be added around £11.00. So, don’t know what to rate on this app
Use to be good
You sync up your cards, you go shopping, rewards automatically track. Not anymore. I go shopping at least once a week in boots and I would say 90% of the time it doesn’t track anymore. Also on the insights it’s telling me to switch to retailers like temu/shein to get rewards. No thank you. I also find it annoying that they now want you to go via website link to track certain sites to get discount. It was easier and better when it was just linked via your card. Waiting to hit £10 and then I think I am done.
Deteriorating rewards
Come on Airtime get back to your rewarding ways looking after subscribers to your app. Not sure what’s going on with the change to a prize draw but it would be interested to hear from anyone who has actually won anything and what. I’ve been a subscriber for many years and always felt it was an app worth having but not any more

Airtime have taken so long to reply I have lost about six months of rewards
Really useful little app.
One is always wary of apps promising a free lunch, but this one actually delivered. Takes a bit of time to accrue the rewards, but can’t knock a sizeable chunk being knocked off the old mobile phone bill. Very happy. Will keep using.
Used to be a really rewarding
I’ve been an airtime rewards member for quite a few years and used to recommend this app to friends and family. I wouldn’t now since the changes. The prize draw element isn’t as good as when you used to collect stamps for monthly challenges as at least that way I used to be able to build up money. The removal of purchases on the same day in the same retailer also wasn’t good, as sometimes you’ll buy things at different counters in one big store! I often find that my transactions aren’t showing up but having to wait 14 days to report and the form time consuming so I don’t bother. I’ll keep it on my phone but you never get enough to pay your bill now like you used to.
Overall good
Overall good but getting an answer from support is painfully slow
An amazing way to earn extra cash back on your spending.
Really easy to use. Just add a number register your bank card and start earning a a discount straight away. Lots of different stores, including everyday stores that a lot of other Apps do not include. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get regular discounts off your phone bill.
New changes have made this practically useless.
This app has had ups and downs, for a while it was very good, fairly consistent, being able to reduce my monthly phone bill made it a worthwhile app even if it wasn’t always easy to complete monthly challenges. But I noticed it gradually became harder to earn any rewards. The challenges were either ridiculously longwinded, and with retailers having different payout times it meant that the wait for any of the bonus rewards could take up to three months. The challenges gradually got shorter and the bonuses shrank, making it easier to complete but you only got 50p. Now they’ve ended challenges altogether, it’s just straight up bad now.
Needs improvement going downhill
Rewards are few and far between. Used to get a regular rewards but now I don’t even bother checking the app as a lot of shops I use aren’t on their or don’t track
Withdrawal limits disappointing
For a while if your network wasn’t supported you could withdraw the full balance to your card. Those were great days as I’d forget about the app working in the background and then have a lovely chunk every now and again to top up the month, when I remembered about it. I like how you dont have to remember to use the card like other points systems. I get the percentage fee for the transfer too, but the £10 per month withdrawal limit sucks.
Not receiving credits
Really disappointed with this app. Despite raising a dispute three times and sending off a PDF of my phone bill confirming I had not been credited with the reward, Airtime chooses just to ignore my emails. I have raised issues before and customer service used to be prompt. Not sure what’s changed.
Airtime update
I’ve been with Airtime for years now. Due to Airtimes recent update I can no longer use it and I have award money in my account. Airtime have not considered people with older phones.
Used to be good
I’ve been a long time subscriber. But now find this no use to me. Am unhappy. There used to be quite a few retailers that I used a lot and over time I’ve had quite few months of airtime paid. Now there is no retailers on here that I use. Wilko disappeared Asda disappeared Howay guys I can’t afford to shop on what you advertise it does not help us pensioners
No Amex
Has become pointless for me now since I moved my daily transactions to Amex and this app doesn’t allow Amex cards to be added. I know there is the UP thing but still you will never build credit on this alone. Not sure why Amex cards can’t be added like the rest , seems like an own goal for me.
Great money saving app
Anything I order now from Deliveroo to holidays you can get money off your phone bill. Try not to miss out on any money saving options.
Poor across the board.
Used to be a good app but now they limit how much you take and take a cut of nearly 50%. Rip off!! I have contacted them to advise that app won’t let me take more than £10 ( for which Airtime will take £8+). They still have not helped me sort this out. I will be going back to the other well known cash back sites. Airtime is a ripoff now!
Used to be wonderful
This app used to be wonderful. I used it for over 5 years. However now rewards from their links dont track and you can be waiting for over a year to receive prizes. Also they’ve now added transaction fees for payputs.
Used to be great
This app used to be great I’d save up my rewards and then use the money for my December phone bill to get a free month. Since the introduction of the £20 monthly limit and the vast reduction in available retailers it’s a pretty pointless app and now I don’t even earn anything unless I win a prize. I will probably use up my credit over the next year and then delete
Can’t log in
I’ve used this for years and it’s been amazing and then it logged out .. and now I can’t log back in as there is no login feature 😩
Pity I can’t access this!
I usd to use this app a lot and found it really good. However, I’m not able to access it any more on my phone - maybe phone is too old but I can’t afford to get a new one so I’m missing out!
Great idea but frustrating
This could be great but it takes such a long time for transactions to appear .Sometimes weeks . I I have at least 6 at the moment that just don’t show I’ve no idea if they will appear or I will have to report missing transactions . I also completed the challenge for October and it doesn’t show It takes a fortnight to appear then it’s pending for over a month . Why on earth does it take so long ? …. So Frustrating Also you can only redeem £20 per month.

Used to be a good app
This used to be a great little app. It was simple and easy to use. You spend on a card and got a little cash back towards your phone bill. Now it's "unlock this" and "unlock that" to open up extra offers. There used to a little bonus if you made so many purchases in a month. Now it's a prize draw that sets challenges. Sorry but this has lost the basic is the app and with so few retailers I would now use, it's not that worthwhile. I shall keep it as my phone bill is small so will be nice for the odd month free phone bill.
I’m in a loop
Keeps asking for my details then tells me I am already a member Won’t give me a way to log on - been going on for months - I have money I want to use against my phone bill !
An increasing number of problems
It is annoying to have to keep updating the app when I want to use it for anything. According to the monthly email I visited the app 5 times last month and yet I still needed to update it 3 times in order to access my account! Ridiculous. For the first time ever I’m now having to log missed transactions. Very annoying. Please add a few more colours like black as an option for cards in the wallet. Also the recent change from monthly challenges to prize draws is not a welcome one as it sounds like a company trying to reduce the rewards it offers. Lastly, please add more shops to the scheme, the more the merrier for all of us loyal customers. Thanks
