Ever since 02 has joined up with Virgin the app has been going down hill. Terrible

Tried numerous times to register. I’m a virgin media customer. I add my number for it to send a verification text and it never does. Tried on various numbers so it’s not a phone issue. Absolutely useless app.
Pointless
What’s the point in downloading the app if it just takes you to a website when you click on the spin to win or whatever. And even then it sometimes fails to load. I don’t even bother with it these days. I just wish o2 would invest more in their mobile service than all the other stuff.
Has to be worst user interface out there
This is by far the worst app I use. It is just redirect after redirect, getting you lost and often circular, taking you back to where you were but you’ve achieved nothing. It shouldn’t need to redirect you to web pages or keep asking to you to press the same thing multiple times with different “enter now” buttons on subsequent pages. It shouldn’t redirect you to collect keep collecting information it’s asked you multiple times for in the past. You’re logged into the app, it knows who you are, etc. In the past I would occasionally get a free Greggs coffee or other token win, these days all I get is to waste my time on multiple pages, redirects and button presses and get nothing. I’m out. And it’s just typical of O2- the main mobile app has the worst integration since a merger I’ve ever seen, with the same redirects and changes, the worst dual factor authentication experience out there - a very poor design and user experience. Sack your UI VP/Lead and resign your apps/site. If I wasn’t locked into a contract I’d move away, been a customer for 20+ years but enough is enough.
Pointless if you can’t even log in
Does not send code to mobile so can’t log in. Pointless. No support to speak to.
Verification code
Thought it was just my signal but won’t send me the code to log in. Pointless app
CANNOT LOG ONTO IT
Been trying to log into this for the past two days. Log on through o2 then kicks me out and says something went wrong then tried via virgin media and it doesn’t send a code !! needed to go through priority to get tickets for a concert via ticket master !!!

Virgin Media Customer
Linked my virgin account with o2 priority app but never get sent 6 digit code to my mobile phone. Looks like I won't be able to get my concert tickets early. Totally useless app
VM customer but can’t access it
Have been a Virgin Media customer for many years and tried using this app today. Accessed from my VM account and recognised I’m a customer but won’t send a 6 digit code to my phone so can’t access the app. Hugely disappointed
