I have always found the staff to be very helpful and polite

I like the store, staff are helpful and friendly, good range of products. However the app is Horrid, clunky to navigate, often have to do an action more than once, squinty to see on a pad as it comes in phone shape, sort it out please
Good app but needs more functionality
I love this app, it makes shopping my pets personalised and easy as well as having a simple way to access my pets clubcard. However I would love if there was an option to create lists. I could add things to a ‘regulars’ list or make a ‘Halloween’ list or a ‘wish list’ to easily send present ideas to people. Being able to save items rather than having to search for them each time through a large list of things because I can’t remember the brand name or which bottle it was that I wanted, would be a game-changer for me

4 stars for the app
I would have given it 5 stars as it is easy to navigate and shows you some great savings both online and in store with the vouchers, but on this occasion it would not apply the voucher for the 30% off a bag of cat litter so I’ll pick that up closer to home.
Poor shop experience
I went into Kilmarnock today specifically to buy worming tablets for my dog , only to be told that no-one authorised to sell them was in store . The young guy who served me was very pleasant , I have no issues with any of the staff but it was frustrating as I have just managed to order it online so that seems strange .

Won’t let me use vouchers I have on order. Says may make substitutions I don’t want and almost impossible to see on app how to cancel this. Really frustrating.

Can’t remove a pet
It doesn’t appear to be straightforward or indeed possible to remove a deceased pet or a wrongly added pet. This should be really simple
Great experience
I always find it super easy shopping in store or online with Pets at Home. Great selection of animal food, toys & accessories at reasonable prices. I just wish the loyalty card gave better discounts on the things you actually buy.
No carry cat litter!
The clue’s in my name. Choose it, order it, ‘easy repeat’. A knock on the door, a well deserved thank you and done. It’s a cheaper, no bother way of getting stuff you buy regularly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Slowest app on my phone
Really painful to use this. Just to pay took 2 full minutes. It should take seconds. Slow. Unresponsive. Painful.
Needs more personalised offers
App is great for ease of navigating and being able to shop on. But the vouchers/offers need to be more personalised to what you regularly buy

Don’t bother
It would have been quicker for me to have got in the car and drove the 30 minutes to my nearest store, the app kept freezing and then repeatedly asked me to verify my card which I did at least 7 times only for the app to then freeze up again. Finally decided to use the loathed PayPal but at least it went through. If you are of a nervous disposition I suggest you visit the store rather than go through the stress of using the app

Regular advertising notifications you cannot disable = lost customer.

Every time I go into the store the staff are always smiling and go the extra mile.
App doesn’t function properly
The app is very laggy, clicks on the wrong product when trying to select something to add into my basket , can’t access my basket on the app or online, my phone and the app are updated…. I’ve waited over a week to make a purchase through the app and still doesn’t work. Very disappointing as I’ve never had an issue.

Easy Repeat needs revamp
I only use the app to sort out the easy repeat and It has flaws. I want 2 products, the food I want every 6 weeks and the Yumove tablets every 26 weeks but you can’t do that. Firstly, the 2nd product gets added to the first order, and the maximum repeat frequency is 12 weeks.
