Nice
Nice
Was brilliant turned horrible
I used to use the app absolutely fine, but since they have completely transformed it, I am constantly having issues uploading videos and pictures. It either crashes or freezes takes me to the website constantly. I’ve emailed the support ridiculous amount of times and got tired of it. I have nowhere else to advertise hardly any other sites this one is sooo expensive and my advert is not always seen because everyone’s paying to get to the top!
It should add stuff
I know the pets are not supposed to wait long but if there could be something that pops up on the screen when you want to adopt it like days or weeks or months or years just saying but honestly all of it I love the app great work
No answers
The owners never answer there messages I at least texted 10 people and non of them answered except one and only replies at 2am the next day. It’s a really annoying app.
Pets4Homes
Quite a good site to find easily what Pets you would like. But sometimes messaging people takes a long time to go through or receiving a reply from.
Great app
We got our puppies off of here from a great home. Puppies are healthy and living a great life!
Verification Code Not Working
Verification code not being sent to mobile and so I can’t message breeder to get puppy we want :( Please fix this!!
Why it’s good
I think it’s good as I like the way there a range of dog breeds and how the breeders explain I would like you to sometimes but rarer breeds on the opening page Otherwise it’s amazing I got my 2 dogs from here and we love then this should carry on as it’s a great website
Editing become a nightmare
Not able to edit properly, can’t do anything on the app as it transfers me right to a website, often gets bounced back and need to ask customer care for assistance.
The main site for selling, but so awful to use
This is the main site for selling pets and is great for initiating contact, but it’s the worst app I have on my phone for bugs. Updating our advert has caused my hair to turn grey. Almost every time I try to add pictures (you cannot edit the ad in the app for some reason) the site crashes. I hate it but have no other real option… Also the only way to get your ad seen is to pay money, and even then you’re likely to be on page 5 or something because EVERYONE is paying for being ‘bumped’ so there’s no real benefit to this
Love it
Love looking at the pets I got my baby chihuahua off here
Account set up is rubbish
Got sent round in circles after having three account activation emails, only to eventually getting my account set up and then it said that I had too many failed attempts. Waste of time.
Slow
The website is very slow lately please fix it.
.
Why is the messages page stuck on load? All the other pages load perfectly fine and show up, but no matter how many times I restart my phone, or the app, it’s stuck on an infinite load. I need to respond to potential buyers. Please fix this and get back to me.
Too Many Scams
I am finding that there are too many scams being posted on what should be a safe space to find a pet.
Service
Only Problem is when you get someone who pretends to sell a pup and everyone is interested but the seller is not who they say they are and really hasn’t got a pup for sale wastes time for everyone!
Tech issues
Tried to download as mobile version of site has issues sending pictures and videos. Cant sign in on the app. Fab!
Review
Great app
Can’t create acc
I can’t create a account
Good
Amazing for browsing and easy to use
Terrible customer service
Locked me out of my account for no reason and I was unable to get back in due to there being no way of contacting customer services directly. All you can do is open a case and wait. Terrible!
won’t open.
Just keeps crashing every time I open the app and try to log in, even after reinstalling it.
Amazing
5 stars it helps you find the perfect pet
Absolutely uséess app
Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!!! They put my account on hold for no reason and I have paid them subscription.
Good app but advert prices ridiculous
Decent app but the advert prices are ridiculous birds money grab
Amazing service
We bought our dog Winnie from an amazing breeder Kelsi. We got regular pupdates almost daily. The service Pets 4 homes offers is second to none. Would highly recommend.
Lost the will to live
Endless loop of activating account and too many attempts to log in
Blue staffy
Bought a staffy from a ad in here, was so grateful and the owners sent me lots of pictures and videos of her. Would highly recommend
bans
pets4homes is probably one of the worst websites to post your pet! I’ve been banned 2 times within one day & I’ve paid to post my advertisement twice and it cost me £12.99 eachtime so £26 pound spend and no refund at all! I was just trying to sell my Brotish Shorthair & didn’t go against the guidelines either. Waste of money I do not recommend 😡. Terrible customer service & didn’t give me an explanation for why I was banned.
Top service
Never used a better or safer site, thank you 👍
Crashing
Keeps crashing won’t even let me type authentication code or nothing
Cats
Good
Can’t login!!!
Please sort your app out, can’t enter the security code to pass the security checks, doesn’t allow me to type. This is a pet app not the Pentagon ffs, I have to use the desktop version
