Worst delivery service
I got an email at 3.01 saying my package was delivered at 3.02 I opened my door and nothing was there. Tried to find the photo they allegedly took and found nothing. So someone is lying

Auto changed settings without my knowledge or permission
Not had any major issues with this app until recently. I placed an order online. I later got a notification to say it was being delivered through InPost. However it was being put in a locker? This isn’t something I have ever selected as my default delivery option. On going into the app, I see that the Preferences section has “New” written next to it, to indicate it’s a new feature. And, to my annoyance, under my preferences, the ‘Deliver to Locker’ has been automatically selected. So clearly updated to this automatically and not with my permission. And not with any kind of communication that this new feature would default to this, so I had no way of knowing I needed to change this. So now, instead of having my parcel delivered to my door as I expected and PREFER, I have to inconvenience myself and go and fetch it from a locker. Not happy!! Learn to communicate app changes with your customers, so they don’t get a delivery preference foisted on them that they didn’t request. Or even better, don’t auto select preferences on behalf of the customer!!

Convenient Lockers
I’m so pleased that we have in post lockers in our urban village centre. It’s really handy for collecting posting off or returning items and it’s open all hours so suits everyone.
Can’t register with app
I put my email and it says success but then says I need verification code which is an email sent to me and a 30/second countdown. No email has arrived despite several attempts. Cant give the app a rating as I can’t access it. Just have to hope my delivery comes with no problems.

Had expensive packages coming in from Japan. I had 3 total and they had a 33% success rate they left 2 of them in random places somewhere on my road. Tracking and notifications were not accurate and one of the proof of deliveries was a pic of half a label that didn’t have my address on it, the other a door I don’t even recognise from my street. I reported and spoke to customer service they confirmed the driver never came, apologised and said they’re taking full responsibility. Contacted the seller and told them the package was successfully delivered. Actual scum bags. When I spoke to customer service the lady also made out it was my fault I didn’t select a second location of some kind until I had to show a screenshot of every option being unavailable through the app for some reason.

If you go to the website they tell you to download the app to get your two hour delivery slot. When you do they want you register with a phone number or email. Why?? So they can possibly sell your data and make more money. I shouldn’t have to register to get my basic delivery information, and I won’t.

Twice I had been waiting for this firm to deliver my parcels, the first time they said it had been delivered but I was told it had not been put on the van,then today someone else’s parcel thrown over my gate and told my parcel had been delivered ,an absolute joke of a firm how people recommended them is beyond me.if I could give zero stars I would
