Wanted to say thank you to Claire in customer services who helped to track down my mislaid parcel and kept in touch so I knew exactly what was going on

The last time I ordered delivery from this company, they are not reliable, I'm waiting for the package It's been 2 weeks, they keep writing that the package will arrive today and today and the package is not there ?? Worthy of laughter
Could be improved
App is useful for locker locations but doesn’t tell you which lockers have space or which sizes are available - this would be infinitely helpful.

Precise location pin drop is nowhere my location, cannot navigate map to my location - pointless!

Deliveries
I have a delivery this morning from Jason. You never said he was coming. Why not? Your app shows 2 parcels to be delivered but still not in your depot. What is going on?
Evri deliveries
Never had a problem with Evri always on time and delivered within 2-3 working days, compared to Royal Mail and dpd mails I keep receiving missed delivery, and they don’t even bother looking at delivery instructions…. For example I saw a courier on the camera just leave the red note in my envelope box without even bothering to enter the door beside it… everytime I’m excited to receive my parcel just to find out the courier didn’t even bother as I see a Evri package on the day the dpd had ‘missed’ me just cancels out the disappointment I had with dpd. THANK YOU EVRI FOR READING INSTRUCTIONS AND THE DEDICATION YOUR COURIER HAS!
Worst Customer service?
There’s no customer contact just virtual assistance, cannot speak to anyone and any contact you out in the chat goes round in circles, and they aim to get back to you in 24 hours, been 4 days now and I’ve been on chat everyday and called but no joy still Rubbish customer service not even worth the one star. Avoid using
Worst logistics company
They have either lost/stolen my parcels. Not just once but on 4 different occasions. Avoid them.
Parcel
They have “miss placed” my parcel which I needed three Sundays ago and now can come at any point so I need to keep eye out. Have tried to get in contact but no one has responded to me. It’s been over a month since I brought it seller was amazing and sent straight away but cause of Evri’s negligence I have yet to receive my parcel.
Addresses
Can’t add another address when using the app on my phone. So have to use a different provider when sending items to new contact. Really frustrating!
Dead drivers
My delivery is 6 hrs late when was said to be delivered earlier then 3
Garbage
Worst delivery company EVER, drivers are liars, they dump your package on the street and put down item delivered to safe place, the main road is NOT a safe place, you contact the company to complain and NO ONE gets back to you. DISGUSTING COMPANY, DISGUSTING SERVICE.

I have been trying to relocate my parcel from locket to my home address but it’s just not giving me any option at all .
