The app is okay but you can’t shop on it and I find it’s really slow when moving between screens and loading. I couldn’t even log into it for ages. The only benefit is I can add my card to my Apple wallet through the app and add vouchers to my card

App is broken
The app is completely broken. I tried to make an account twice, it send a verification code to my email and i put the code in correctly, it said invalid code and now when i try to sign in it just says something went wrong. I can log in to the app on safari, but cannot access the pet club card or add it to my wallet. Useless.

App works well and is really easy to use. Like other reviewers have mentioned feel like the loyalty scheme is a bit low, also wish I had more tailored experience as I have a cat so not interested in dog items and it seems like there is not much cat vouchers.

This is a great app, easy to use, just scan at the till, and gives added bonuses once in a while. The only place I shop for dog treats now!
Totally useless
Downloaded the app in store as it was its first day. 7 hours later still trying to verify my account. Keep asking for a code and no email comes and I missed out on an in store discount
Good but room to go further
Very easy to set up and use. Easy to add details and vouchers. Would like to be able to browse the products they stock, not just search for a specific item. Also, why not put details on there of all your current offers? Would potentially bring in more customers for you.

Good value for dog food on the mactintyers crates a lot cheaper wear I used to go a lot of selection to pick from extremely friendly staff on the floor and at the till always got what I need and great selection of raw treats to spoilt for choice and prices are bargain
Great app loyalty needs work
The app is great it helps when your shopping and there’s a reward system however I filled my stamp card up spending £30-£60 each times and only got a £2 voucher that’s not unimpressive

Good Vouchers
I wish I’d downloaded the app a while ago as it’s had some good vouchers for me for pet litter and pet food. Being a creature of habit I was used to using my usual shop’s litter and I prefer the one at Jollyes. Also didn’t realise they offered more sizes of the pet food I purchase. Again a voucher made me try it and now I’ll go to Jollyes first. Well worth a download for the vouchers alone. Also good service at the local store.
