Marketing scam
Membership sold with reference to early cancellation fees. After full payment, cancellation request rejected and different contractual interpretation applied. Currently not all venues available as marketed and venues cancel the class if there is booking only from Privelee and ClassPass
Good app, needs option to leave reviews/feedback
I enjoy using Privilee when visiting Abu Dhabi because there are lots of options. However, I wish there was a way to leave feedback on the resorts, gyms, etc. so users know which places are worth visiting. It’s kind of a gamble, some facilities are wonderfully maintained, modern, and have lots of people. Others are dated, completely empty, and not accurately reflected by their photos on the app. This leads to me returning to the same facilities I am familiar with instead of trying out new places.
App isn’t the best quality in UI/UX + can’t login

im a Former user, i came to renew my membership but there is a bug that doesnt let me login, although my user is there and i can see it, but it just returns me back to the explore page and locks me there

Waste of money
Do not waste your time or money. 3/3 times I tried to use it I was refused. Privilee refused to refund my membership so stuck with this useless membership. It’s pointless. Very poor selection of classes to book(also the ones you can have reducers classes for provided membership)save your money. I’m very sceptical about the positive reviews it’s gotten here too. Smacks or paid for reviews…avoid at all costs
Good app but…
The nearby sorting option was good, please bring it back. Updates happen way too often, it’s annoying having to update the app while at the front desk for registration.
Not anymore
Privlee was great, unfortunately not anymore especially for Abu Dhabi users. The reduced the good avenues (Saadiyat Island), or it is nearly impossible to reserve a spot. I had a membership with them for nearly 3 years, definitely will not renew and I don’t recommend anybody to do so.
Doesn’t do 100% of what it is supposed to
I have the app and I am a member. It has a lot of bugs. It lags and isn’t as user friendly as it is supposed To be. I can’t open certain locations despite clicking the same “point” over and over again. I click on a location and it takes me to a different location in a different emirate
Best Discovery of 2026
This app is life changing! Love using the services and having so much fun gym and pool hopping! Not to mention the restaurant discounts!
Bad experience
They refused to let us in, and were rude even when we made a reservation the previous day and it was confirmed. When finally after 25min the director by pity let us in. Sure enough during check in we had a reservation an that receptionist apologized. I called Privilee to ask them why this would happen and they explained they will call the hotel can call me back and I never heard back. I will cancel my membership as it was a a really really bad experience
Good service and app. Read the small print (or lack of it!)
Good app and a good service for a members. However introductory offers I.e for friends & family can be very misleading as there is a lack of small print. Let’s down an otherwise good service.
Last update is a complete failure
The overall value for money of the Privilee is good, the best options keep getting removed though, like the splash parks, the hotels in Saadiyat Island, etc.... and you get less and less for your money.. what is also annoying is that the last update is horrible.. lots and lots of bugs… at least on iPhone 13Pro (works fine on my wife’s iPhone 12).. I don’t see any options on the Home Screen, the scroller when “exploring” is just not working properly and really annoying.. the “redeem voucher” option. When I’m at a venue just goes blank.. Very poor app at the moment.. I tried to reinstall it, but no luck.. please fix this!

We want a favorite button. Where we can save the places we like the most. It’s hectic to reach the places that i like and pick one to go to.

It’s very slippery around the pool, my friend slipped on the stairs next to the pool and got hurt. Food and place were good.

Avoid at all costs
This company is an absolute scam. Their customer service is rude and unprofessional. As soon as you want to cancel or leave, they’ll scam you. Then they ignore all your emails and messages. I’ve never seen such a rude and unprofessional people. Don’t waste your money. They don’t even have the best deals.
No Sun
Pool was in the shade of the hotel most of the day so it was cold. Perfect place to be in the summer
Most amazing thing you can do!
I spent ages working out if I would use privilee and I only wish I had done it earlier! Sometimes I go with the family, sometimes friends and sometimes by myself. I can not recommend it more highly!

The app works perfectly. I love that they constantly enhance it, if I ever have probs the team are more then happy to help and usually reply in minutes- don’t get service like that often these days!! Can’t recommend Privilee enough 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Overcrowded and Overbooked
I used to love Privilee. Since the introduction of the 3 month summer offer, I can no longer get into any of my favorite pools as they are always fully booked. During weekdays pools are almost full. I won’t be renewing again next year if the volume of people continue to increase on Privilee.
Awesome
The app and the service are amazing. The membership is a real value for money for the variety of gyms, beach clubs and of course the great discounts at restaurants and bars. I will certainly renew and use it for as long I live in Dubai.

If you live in Dubai Privilee membership is the best thing to have. Lots of beach clubs, gyms and more that you can use as a member. Also you get discount on food and drinks. We have used it a lot and it saves you a lot of money.
