Not exactly useful
They charge for upto 4 hours. But the battery lasts only for 2. So have to always be in hurry to rush back and return, even if not useful
Smooth app, bad at updates
Imagine being on the last 2% battery, and the app refuses to release a charger until you download its latest update and re register a new account, and re enter a credit card. The task of recharging is simple. Who in their right mind requires hard updates?

Best app ever
I also love how flexible it is. You can pick up a charger at one location and drop it off at any other iCharge Point kiosk when you’re done. And the pricing is fair—AED 5 per hour with a daily cap, so you don’t end up paying a crazy amount if you use it for a few hours. It’s a total lifesaver if you’re exploring the city, running errands, or even traveling. Plus, it feels good to use a service that promotes reusing tech instead of just buying more stuff. I’ve used it several times now, and I’ve never had any issues.
Useless
Imagine you run out of charge and reach to icharge that you need to scan (phone is off) so you need to find a charger to get the charger! Then you have create user name password when your phone battery dies!

Outstanding service
Very convenient and it’s very easy to use. They have a lot of locations which is a lifesaver since you dont have to fear about your phone battery dying especially when you are inside malls. The powerbanks are also fast charging.

They don’t put the info about sessions, just timing, but charge per time and sessions Support team is not supporting but toxic

Bad experience
I’d like to report an issue with the charging service. The first charger didn’t work at all, yet I was charged AED 10 for just 2 minutes. I then tried a second charger, but it failed to fully charge my phone and became empty!! This experience was very disappointing
Best power bank service I’ve used so far!!!
After using various different power bank sharing services and finding nothing but endless frustration (half charged power banks, clunky payment processes, worn out cables!) I stumbled across icharge!! Never had any of the above issues and they have loads of stations everywhere… soooo easy to return plus the actual power banks are well made!! SOLID product and service 5 stars!!!!! 😃
