Exclusion of Dubai mall
To scan a receipt you are required to choose the place of purchase from a list that is already provided by the App. It is very frustrating that one of the largest Emmar retail place is not included in the list. Why Dubai mall is not included??

I have been a loyal customer who deliberately chooses Emaar hotels because I believed the U By Emaar membership would offer meaningful recognition and benefits. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Despite multiple stays and booking several rooms over the years, I have never received a complimentary room upgrade—not even a single room when making multi-room reservations. More importantly, I have never felt that my loyalty is recognized in any meaningful way. A loyalty program should make members feel valued through exclusive benefits, personalized service, or occasional gestures of appreciation. Sadly, U By Emaar has not delivered that experience for me. As it stands, I don't see any real value in the membership, and it has not influenced my choice of hotels in the way a loyalty program should. I hope Emaar reviews the program and introduces benefits that genuinely reward loyal guests, because at the moment, it feels like just another membership with very little value.

Most receipts are rejected without reason. You have to enter the amount and several other categories of information. It’s designed to make it difficult to earn points. Share application is much better and designed for customers.

Unfortunately, you lose your status over time if you don’t use the card. The percentage discount assigned to each card has decreased, yet prices at venues have gone up. Not as competitive as other loyalty groups in the UAE.

Timings for bookings not always accurate. Sometimes shows booking full but places still available when you call the hotel.

If there was less than 1* i would rate this app less than 1*! Extremely user unfriendly, poor design, crashes none stop, not to mention that the reward program is waste of time and energy! Don’t even bother this is yet another attempt of NBD to get you signed for another CC! Very few retailers are part of this program so points are useless. Avoid
After Update App is not working
Dear team, I’ve been using long time this app, I noticed recently after updating the app it’s stopped working.
Good reward scheme but cumbersome process to log
The logging process is too long with manual entry of every bill + image scanning. Now imagine doing that after a lot of shopping for each bill. In todays age and time with modern tech the system to log your purchase rewards can be seamless through simple barcodes or QR codes to read the data.

Scanning a receipt
It’s been few days I am trying to scan a receipt it keeps taking me to enter phone number and then password, also when scanning long receipt, there’s an option to scan long or short, however, it doesn’t enable me to take 2 photos for long receipt. Not impressed

The whole concept is too complicated and confusing. Even on the Dubai mall app they try to reject applications always.

Check the update please
Love the savings from this app especially the 30% discount over summer. However since update with the cricket competition the app is not working. It doesn’t allow me to select a team or cancel out of the cricket competition page. Would be great if you could review app and update thanks
