Great service
I’ve been using Washmen for a year and have had excellent service throughout. Prompt collection and delivery, excellent communication, and easy use of their different service options using their colour coded bags. Would highly recommend
Better companies available
Service isn’t worth the money. Clothes come back shiny doesn’t smell very good and service is to long. They don’t care about keeping customers happy.
Useful App - Good Service
Solid service overall and easy app to use. Only issue is the amount of plastic bags that get dropped off with every delivery!! It’s such a waste. There should be an option on the app to request no extra bags at drop off. I do think there should be come consideration for the environment.

I’ve been using the service for the last year, without any issues. I’ve even recommended them to my friends & family. However, the wash & fold service has got progressively worse of recent. Clothes no longer arrive smelling fresh, whites are no longer crisp white and there have been instances of fading. I’ve continued to use hoping that it was just a blip, but I think I might need to find a new laundry provider for my clothes. I’ve given them three stars because their homecare service is actually still OK.
Super easy and reliable
Washmen makes laundry effortless. The app is so easy and straight forward to use from scheduling, tracking and payments all work perfectly. Pickups and deliveries are always on time and the clothes come back clean and neatly packed. The design is clean, fast and intuitive. One of the best and most reliable apps I’ve used in the UAE. An app I am always happy to recommend.

Hello, i am empress with your app and i want to start to place some orders but before that i checked the prices, and seriously i got shocked cause it’s more than i expected much high then others.. and all of others have the services same as you the only thing they don’t have is an app.. sad 😢
Quality has suffered. Prices keep going up
Was a decent service to begin with. But quality has gone down a bit and the prices have gone up ridiculously. It’s absurd the prices they charge now. Stopped using them due to this. Value for money is very poor now.
Great service
Washmen provide a great service they are prompt with great communications and the app is really easy to use.
Not a positive to say
After several complaints and having to take things to the top, we stopped using this company. We pushed and pushed for directors to get in touch and talk through the issues. Unfortunately they didn’t see this as feasible and stopped hearing from them altogether!

Bad service
Terrible categorization and terrible customer service. First time I ordered they send me another persons clothes instead of mine! Then when they returned my items , they categorized my abayas as Jalabiyas just to charge me extra money. I would not recommend this place.
Nice app but lacking service
The application is amazing, love the apple pay feature and the easy of use of the application. The issue with this business is their operations is not oriented towards emiratis, they dont wash tarboosh,and they iron my ghutra in squares despite telling them more than once. Their bedsheet washing plan is expensive, they charge per bag not by piece which doesnt fit my needs. They charge 30% more than our local dry cleaners. Used the app for 3 months but now i’m switching back to my local dry cleaner, it feels like i am paying more for less of a service.

Overcharging on agreed price
New customer to Washmen but will not use again due to over charging. They did not seem to care when I raised the incorrect pricing nor did they want to rectify the situation. The prices changed after they took the laundry and would not honour the original rates advertised! Plenty of other companies to use to Dubai for this service...

Hi just wanted to say the outstanding service I received from Washmen, I asked for two duvets to be cleaned, picked up at my door and returned. I didn’t have their bags and they sorted for me. Then they updated me with where they were with my washing. Also they helped me get the best price for my items, gave me a promotion I might have not been entitled for. Delivered as requested right on time and also let me know. When WhatsApp them couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Outstanding and 5* service. Thanks

Once beautiful white bedding returned with: - YELLOW STAINS - PLASTIC MELTED TO THE FABRIC - MISSING PILLOWCASE - OTHER PEOPLES HAIR A terrible experience...save yourselves!

I’ve been using Washmen for several years now. Mainly because I travel a lot and I don’t have too much free time to wash and iron. I have always found the overall experience to be good. The app is easy to use and I pay by Apple Pay so there is no need to worry about entering credit card details. My clothes have always been collected in the time slots allocated and it’s the same when they are returned. The clothes smell fresh when returned. But, despite paying for pressing the clothes have over the last 6 months been returned so creased that I have to iron them again myself. I have made Washmen aware of this on several occasions via live chat on the app and I just get a standard response - we’re sorry and we’ll pass your comments to our Operations Team. This week, I unpacked my washing in front of the driver and yep, all shirts looked awful. I asked the driver why and he said his van is so full of clothes they are so tightly packed. I went to look at his van and I was shocked to see how many clothes were in it. So many clothes you could not seperate them with your fingers. So, no more Washmen for me. Why pay for a service when that service isn’t delivered. It’s a shame really as the set up is great and so easy to use. But, if the final product isn’t there, I’ll go elsewhere.
Amazing customer service
I had some problems with the and called their service desk. Crisel from the customer service was extremely helpful and stayed on the call throughout my first order. I’ll be waiting on Apple Pay to start working on the app soon
Bedding and towels
Just received our bedding and towels and delighted with how soft they are! They are like new! Great service and loved the text updates. Thank you
Worst experience ever
They charge my card randomly for no reason. Laundry pick up and drop off is never on time. Half of the clothes are returned unwashed. Customer service barely speak English and take ages to reply on chat. Terrible experience- don’t recommend this app and service to anyone.

Was impressed with the immaculate way the clothes were washed, folded and well presented on delivery!
Never showed up
Driver never showed up to pick up my clothes. Spoke to customer service three times who assured me three times that my clothes would be picked up within an hour each time but woke up this morning, eight hours after the last conversation and clothes are still here, unwashed.
Convenient
The only thing about this app is the convenience. Other than that, the service is not worth it. There were many issues along the way such as incorrect billing for items, lack of customer service and clothes that came back with stains or weren’t cleaned. There are definitely better options out there.

What a wonderful service Washmen provide! Seamless.
Poor service quality - Avoid.
I tried its service the other day. The clothes that they did clean, were cleaned well; however, the customer service was a nightmare. I received a message saying that one of my T-shirts was damaged and guided to see an attached photo, so that I could decide whether I wanted to have the item cleaned. But, no photo was attached; so I requested the photo be sent. I was promised that it would; no photo was ever sent then my items were returned uncleaned. Well after the last time by which they should have done. So, overall, I can not recommend this company from my experience using them.
No sense of punctuality
There is plenty of time frame to choose from. However, it is almost useless as it have been rarely fulfilled on time. Regardless how many times I’ve give in for another go, it fail to deliver.

Unreliable. Poor service. Customer service lacking.
Changed recently & not for the better. Their flex service is basically a waste of time. Promise to pick by a specific time (say 7pm), but not once do they arrive on time. Their chat service is waste of time too. It’s not a bot, but the operators just give you the same rubbish answers & try to fob you off. Lots of better alternatives in Dubai. My advice: give them a miss.

DO NOT USE! LIARS AND USELESS
I provided a jacket to be dry cleaned and it was returned to me severely damaged and torn all down the back. When I asked for a refund for the damage caused Washmen informed me that I provided the jacket like this to them with existing damage and were extremely useless in any customer service and trying to take ownership and resolve the issue. An apology and a refund would have satisfied me instead of constant lies covering up damage they had caused and trying to say I gave a damaged jacket for dry clean!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
