RUSHED SERVICE
booked for nails service for the first time, you can confirm my account. The owner kept calling the nail artist and she was panicking and rushing her job while pausing to check messages on their platform. If this continues i see clients loosing value for money.

Waste of time, very bad
You book a house cleaning two days in advance, putting off your chores. And then, when the cleaning day arrives, they text you two hours in advance that no one will show up. They'll just refund your money, with no alternatives. And so it goes on and on. If you don't want to waste your time, don't use this service. I'm extremely outraged.

Overcharge
Although you get options and access to service providers, the pricing is always hiked up due to the fact that the platform takes a bug chunk out of the profit. This can be understandable as a business scheme, but there is no supervision as the suppliers become greedy and hike the prices on both labor and materials. For example, to change an outdoor electric sockets costs a whopping 350 dhs!!! If you break it down; material costs 60 for these suppliers, and if you want to be generous to your staff, then 100 dhs for labour. Then pay yourself some extra for the petrol and effort; lets say 50 dhs. So total amount by exaggeration would be 210 dhs.

So delighted that I came across Service Market. I used their services to move household items. From the time I put my request on the portal to getting the items delivered to me, everything worked out smoothly. The representatives at Service Market who contacted me were very helpful, patient and professional. This also includes the team of the movers & packers, very professional. They sent me a team who i think were learning on my nails, worst service market place, no filtering process for service providers and very very bad customers service, i have pictures to prove above, stay away till they build a QA team and a rigid filtering process to assure good service.

I asked for a carpentry service, they were 2 hours late, no one notified me of the delay. I had to call twice to make sure they were still coming, the operator kept telling me they would be there in 20 min, and then another… no follow-up was made from client services. I don’t recommend.
Life savers
My regular cleaner was not well so we needed someone same day. On the other apps the availability was either next day or after a day. I was so happy that they could come over within an hour with a minimal additional charge of 5dhs. Will definitely use more services from this app.
Unprofessional!
I had booked a hair appointment with them for today and received a confirmation text. Few hours before the appointment I receive a cancellation text that says “ Your women salon booking with ServiceMarket has been cancelled. If you did not request this, please contact us right away on 600 587 009” When I called the number they informed me that they infact cancelled my appointment because they cant accommodate. Maybe don't accept and confirm if you cant accommodate. An apology call is the least they can do but Im the one that had to call only to be answered with “you received a text didnt you” Unprofessional to say the least. Not reliable if you are looking for a reliable option.

Worst company
They are the worst company. I requested them for a blood test on a Sunday and up till Thursday, I have not seen a result I keep calling every day and I’m getting nowhere and on Thursday I receive a call from the so-called Home healthcare and they were saying urine was not included in the test and on the booking I booked for blood test so for the past five days if I did not keep calling them about my result so they won’t say anything. I told you guys not to patronize this complaint as they will messed up your day. I repeat, do not patronize them.

Beware as they don’t refund
I tried to use their home cleaning services. After placing my order and not receiving any confirmation for 30 minutes, I naturally used another provider. Their confirmation came after 40 minutes, which I immediately canceled. Upon sending them a request to refund my money, they told me because the service was canceled less than 24 hours before the due date, they wouldn’t offer refund but only a credit voucher. Customer service agents were of no support. I’m simply shocked
