Fast and knowledgeable
As a seller, the Car Switch app is as slick as their service. The step by step process to sell or buy is very user friendly. The inspection, test drive, photos and detailed description all uploaded as a new featured ad on the app within hours of my initial contact. I’ve already seen the car that I want to buy on the app too, so hopefully they’ll sell mine quickly.
My worst inspection apps and worst service
I will share my worst experience in CarSwitch , I booked Nissan xtrail car in CarSwitch, they mention in apps car condition and engine & transmission everything is good condition, so I believe CarSwitch that why I test drive car then I buyed that car , once all transactions completed, after that same day evening while driving car is vibrating and shaking in low speed, big issues have in that car, I really very disappointed, didn’t drive one day with in car is issues, don’t buy through CarSwitch better to buy direct customer before that take one full inspection , don’t believe CarSwitch….🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I wasted lot of money because of CarSwitch worst service..

The app needs serious upgrade
There needs to be a place to chat atleast with the team if not the sellers cuz you have to wait for their call all the time u want to view or talk about a car There is no notifications section in the app to view if other than fone notifications Its quite a good place to look for cars as they give you all the details but atleast if u dont have the interface for it how am i able to purchase a car easily like dubizzle or open souq
App downgraded
The app has now lost a lot of old features after the update. It is difficult to look for a specific model of car through search.

I love and trust this app. I only buy or sell my cars only through CarSwitch. Thank you soo much for making my life easier when buying and selling a car. Cheers
Waste of money
Spent 210 aed for advertising my car. Got 11 offers only and none of the offers are serious . When they called none of them responded. They cant make business with this model.

Horrible news experience
I paid 100 AED, they came inspected the car, they made a wrong report, didn't mention all the issues, they brought only 1 buyer, then told me your car shouldn't be on the app bcs it's bad!!

Frustrating Update – A Step Backward
The latest update has significantly worsened the user experience. In previous versions, recent searches were easily accessible with just one tap — complete with all the filters we had set. Now, that convenient feature is gone. Each time we search, we have to manually reapply all the filters, which is time-consuming and frustrating. Instead of improving usability, this update has made things unnecessarily complicated. Hoping the developers bring back the previous functionality in future updates.

It’s really amazing to such service providers in the market, people like me not have to bother with technical stuff of the vehicle, the report available at every car posted in carSwitch will help easy and better understanding of the car before proceed on the deal. Moreover, the call center team very friendly when I wanted clarify further more from the inspection report. Just an additional note for the inspection report: same like service history icon, it would be great to keep pls the accident history at a glance view (if there is any as per the inspection)
Top quality broker for sale and purchase
I sold my car through car switch it was fast and got good value for car minimum 10 more than any other dealer. Very professional and well trained highly recommended
Fake clients
I dunno if they are dealers or people who would like to play, Since i posted my car for 20 days now all offers i received if i am accepting they are sending me that they are not serious or not interested, how come they send an offer and immediately not interested, they are like bots or playing with people , 20 days and i didn't receive a single serious offer

I’ve had this app for a couple of weeks. I’ve put out dozens of requests for test drives. One ‘seller’ has followed through to arrange. Are any of these cars real and actually available?

Not recommend
I have dealt with them for a car transaction. It was too stressful experience for me. Carswitch team was quite lacking clarity of transaction and misled the buyer and seller both. They will pretend to assist you only till the time they get their commission. After u hand over commission, they are off to next trap.
