Issues & Complaint
I have reported tons of listings thats not available but still posted on the platform, then the agents will give options that’s even far out of the criteria we are looking for. Most agents in Ajman, wants us to visit their office first and fetch their agents to view the property, like we are a taxi, (isn’t that the realstate responsibility?) Plus asking for Bank details without providing us Secrecy agreements or Privacy Agreements related to their Bank requirements. We have looking for a rented property, for a month now and the Realstate companies are really making it hard for us.

Oblige them to include the dates when apartments is available! Or this app became useless and waste of time
Filter by building age
I keep getting very old buildings! I can’t believe there is no filter for the age

I like this application is very helpful
App show one price, in reality another price
Yes you can see here very good price apartments but when you call to agent he said - there is no apartments in the location, there is no apartments in this price Good marketing - not good sales You can bring many good people with this price but when they will contact with agents - they will say another price and another location. Very bad And now I have a lot of notifications from application but how can I get it if agent can not provide apartment with correct price and location
Go ahead

Fake listings, old videos, frustrating experience
All the listings which i have checked are already booked then why in bayut??? When you contact the agents they show you other listings old buildings with the videos which were made when newly constructed. Waste of time highly frustrating experience. Check dubizzle instead
Need another search option
Kindly make a filter of gcc owned and free hold properties
Map
Great feature to have the map, but would be even more useful if we could see the metro stations on it.
good
good enough
So many fake listings
Nearly every listing is fake. All bait and switch.
A great tool for anyone considering moving to Dubai
Very helpful for getting a lay of the land and the expense of living there before you arrive

Worst app ever
Worst app ever their agent will never give you answer
Интерфейс
Сделайте возможность переключения интерфейса в приложении на тёмный, уже по моему везде по умолчанию такие вещи прописываются в программном обеспечении
Ну такое
Часто агенты просто не отвечают или пропадают со связи на недели )))

Very nice and helpful
Full of scam ads
This app is full of scam ads. Agents claim it’s App issue. Clearly no one checks what agents post. Click bait tactics. DLD should intervene. Tru check does not help if its Off Plan does it?? Why let agencies list ready properties without tru check is the question!!!! Volumes is not a show of strength, genuine properties is strength, no fake or wrong prices or even WRONG PICTURES IS SCAM!!

A Note to the developers of this app
When creating a listing for a property for sale in UAE, please make it mandatory for the sellers or agents to select one of the two options: Who can purchase? 1- UAE and GCC Nationals Only 2- All nationalities. And Similarly for prospective buyers. Create an option to select for search results : Show properties that can be purchased by: 1- UAE and GCC Nationals Only 2- All Nationalities. Will update ratings once this simple yet necessary update has been implemented. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.
Helpfull
My suggestion is u need to remove solded ones
Property find
Very good
Unavailable properties
Every decent property is advertised but not available. It seems like a common practice here—agents keep appealing properties on the market only to offer alternatives. This misleading tactic is frustrating and should not be allowed by the app developers.
Great app but…
Giving you guys 4 stars because the app asks you to rate it practically EVERY TIME YOU OPEN IT. This is quite irritating. Other than that it’s a great app. Thanks👍

V nice information
Forcing updates is a big no no
You should never force people to update your app to be able to use it. Do better. Get rid of the annoying pop up. If the previous version was good enough to be released, it’s good enough to still be useable.
