Unable to onboard
I get all messages on mail but not on mobile - tried WhatsApp, sms and call, none works. It’s been just painful registering here. Pls fix the app.
App friendliness
This App is not intuitive and far from easy to login to. The layout on a smartphone screen puts much of the dialogue at the bottom of the screen making it difficult to complete and the App crashes too frequently. Tech Support was good.

This lady is wonderful fast and efficient very courtesy , professional, and polite. in her service. She helped me do my NOC smooth. She did work overtime to complete my processunderstand understanding my needs also as a course she follow up with me after completing the process, making sure I was satisfied,, I appreciate her and the company should appreciate it. She works for. 10+ on services. 10+ professionalism 20+ perfect attitude, even though I was confused, she make it ease my tension.

Damac Living is a good app but why we were not informed that hello Damac is changed to Damac Living?
Damac app not in line with collections
The messages on Damac app do not go to the parties clients want to speak to directly. I have many problems with collections, why do you send me your your customer service people who are polite but absolutely ineffective with zero ability to do anything
Service charge payment buried
Used to be easy to pay my service charges, now I get lost down a rabbit hole trying to find the page to pay it, sometimes it takes two days!

I called many times after that he responded that I left the DAMAC And other one said I am out of country - after sales unit they don’t care any more about clients- that’s called DAMAC

The worst possible user experience and functionality. Horrible and worthless. ......................... Update: although their response to my negative review promised a follow-up, no one has reached out to me at all. Not only is the app worthless, they only pretend to care about their residents.

Horrible service
I have been calling emailing texting Damac customer and it service about the issue which is really important. I have purchased a property with Damac and in the beginning my property was showing on the app and after a week it disappeared and it’s been 6 months of back and forth and it’s still not fixed. Its a big inconvenience to not have the property listed on the app when you purchased it. Damac please get your people to work on my stuff because I am sick and tired of reaching out to you guys and everyone has given me a run around

We had very Good experience with everyone at DAMAC office. Service is exceptional regarding showing properties or picking up and Dropping off at your convenience. Our DAMAC professional who helped us picking our choice of property. He is very professional and helpful, knowledgeable at his work . He made us feel home Away from home . I found the options for my query very limited and,with no disrespect intended, I didn’t find them of any use to me. This was quite disappointed.
Not acurate
The interface is nice however, the information is not accurate.for example, The completion date is wrong. The payment plan not updated.

Living in damac is slow in attending to wants needs,and demand does not reply you in weeks, does not seem to have coherent with the system, is only your biometric that’s is placed on pages, no immediate action of sort when you update or ask questions?

Editing data
Your app is not very smart. To edit your phone number, it send the OTP to the number you want to change. That number does not exist. That it why I need to change it. But your smart system does not understand that and insist to send the OTP to the canceled number

Gate access very bad
The gate access for my parking is always expiring and i need to re-register my car or my apartment access card all the time i don’t understand why its like that
Absolutely frustrating
DPTD/3601 The apartment has been on rent since February,2022. No amount has been credited to my Mashreq Bank declared account. Service executive is awfully disappointing and has not addressed to the issue in spite of several reminders.
