Please fix the Emaar Eye section of the app, it became unusable after the recent updates.
This is an awful app
So slow and so many bugs. If I wasn’t required to use it to live in an Emaar community I would nuke this pollution from the memory of my phone. The only solution is to fire all the programmers and make they rake leaves for the rest of their lives so they never touch another line of code.

Payments Not Showing
I tried for weeks to tell the Emaar one app team that installments are not showing without response. Had to spend hours to go at the finance center to sort things out. Also got late payment fees show up while having paid ahead of time. These got cleared when I spoke to the team at the happiness center. Rebecca and Lilibeth were very helpful.
Action needs to be permanent
If I have to keep reporting the same issue is it really resolved ?

Slow, full of bugs and keeps crashing
Even after the latest update v6.4.6, the app crashes often, certain menus do not load properly, and sometimes the place I occupy does not even show up. I have higher expectations from such a well established developer with so many properties.

it doesn't work
App works fine until it updates!
App works well for the most part but everytime there is an app update, your data gets deleted and you have to re-register which requires resubmitting all your documents. It is hugely frustrating and for that reason doesn’t score higher than 3 stars.

- very slow - can’t delete notification messages - some items not clear how to request ( example how to ad a car to my property for easy access ) - does not show how much credit I paid towards annual service charge

Can’t log in or register
The app was previously working. But now I cannot log in or register so the app is completely dysfunctional for me. Contacted customer care several times over the course of two months, but no proper response.

Visitors pass
I own my apartment, you do not have the right to control the visitors except through assurance of granting access. I set the time when they leave you don’t even if they are sleeping over or if I want to give an access to a family member for months. This is illegal and you must fix the app so it supports the residents and not disturbs them.

The service of the customers is really bad and you can not get an answer or a person to talk to, it’s one way relation and nobody is talking care of us. I did not receive my unit because I still didn’t have a report that all the points raised from my side were completely done, also Emaar started the services fees although I didn’t get my unit, this is not acceptable and should apply after receiving the unit and not before, please send me a name or an email address to send my comments.

Do the app work outside UAE ? I was trying to use it but couldn’t!
Forced to change password every time you log in!
Every time you log in you’ll be forced to update the app. Every time you log in you will be forced to changed your password, jumping through multiple steps. I’m using it 3 times in 3 months, I’ve had to update every time. And, despite having facial recognition to open the app and having my password stored on my phone, it always says my password doesn’t match and I’m forced every single time to reset my password (I just use the same password each time) and it never ever works each separate time I’m logging in.
Unreliable
Randomly decides not to allow logins by claiming username and password is invalid. Unnecessarily calls from the company asking for service feedback in the middle of a busy workday, even when you have clicked on no surveys. Having to go through the company when there is an issue when you want to contact the contractors directly causing unnecessary delays waiting for callbacks.

Bad loading speed & No human support at all
The server is located in Ireland, and doesn’t use CDN at all. Makes users in certain regions loads the app super slow. Also there’s no human support at all on the app, the whatsapp button guides you to a bot that doesn’t connect to human support at all. Makes you unable to feedback any problems.

Don’t bother with this app
Never book any services through this app - the work is subpar, the service personnel are always late or don’t show up at all. Oh and the app gives you discount notifications every single day to these terrible services.
Overcharging for everything
Why would you charge for something which should be free and which is even free for you as well. Ever heard of customer service?

This App helps save time and works in favor of both landlords and tenants. No developer is like Emaar when its about customer service. 👍🏼

The application stops working in the service request section once you select the date n time for the request and press confirm button. This has been seen in the plumbing section

Cannot update profile
Cannot update phone on App, even after repeat promises to sort issue by IT section. On actual Emaar records they have correct number, but App is impossible to update, so profile is only 75% complete. So frustrations all round.
Basic application to manage your property
Very basic features, your payment portal is not designed for phone and you need to add Apple Pay as a payment mode

Like most other reviews it’s a negative from me. Used it fine yesterday and now can’t access as it says it needs an update so keeps bouncing back and forth from App Store.

Cant be only a phone app. Atleast a desktop website to organize everything on the bigger screen and save files.
