Good experience ..
Property finder from the good agency and i had a great experience with them and they are more than perfect
Keeps bugging on Iphone
The review is to the app itself technically and not the content. The app keeps freezing and bugging. I have to close it and reopen it everytime. It’s up to date

Good
Easy to use app, fits on iPad but filters need work, like I wanna see the age of the building
Glitched for months - just white screen
This app has been glitched for months, just a white screen. Every time I delete and reinstall, the glitch remains. No fix
Great app needs some modifications
If we can add option : ready to deliver to the items
No control over ads reliability
when i check the advertised apartments they are not available and then brokers start to offer other flats , worse is i am not able to report on application due to some error ! very poor application quality to be honest
Outdated listings
The app itself is great and easy to use. The main issue lies with the listings themselves: in Egypt, many of the listings are outdated. Meaning, they show up as they were updated "2 days ago" when in reality the properties were rented out months ago! When you ask the brokers why they keep re-listing unavailable properties, they say they have "credits" that they paid for and they must use so they just republish old listings to generate "leads". This is a TERRIBLE User experience. I faced this in Cairo, but I am guessing this issue must exist elsewhere since the platform cannot detect it ... as long credits are used, PF should be happy. But not me, the end consumer, wasting time and effort browsing through listings that do not exist for rent/sale ...

Rest all is great , also if you can filter option for freehold properties will be great for expats interested to buy
Low level of availability
Another app with fake/bite units..
Default search rental??
Hello your app looks cool and user friendly but but it automatically opens to RENTAL PROPERTIES whereas I am looking to buy property. There is no way I can swap between them. Why?

Useless and fake
A breeding ground for fake agents and fake properties just to get your contact details and exploit you to unsubscribed marketing.
The best
Love this app
Poor
Pretty terrible app to be honest. Never seems to get refreshed or updated. Trying to find somewhere to live and 4 out of 5 places I want to look at have already been rented but are still shown as available on the app. Wouldn’t recommend.
Apple watch app
App on apple watch runs into an error. “payload could not be delivered”

Unavailable properties
Every decent property is advertised but not available. It seems like a common practice here—agents keep appealing properties on the market only to offer alternatives. This misleading tactic is frustrating and should not be allowed by the app developers.
Good
Service is good I am looking for apartment in BMZ
So many fake / incorrect listings 🤦🏼♂️
Great app with huge potential but lots of ‘ask for price’, fake listings and old listings. Property finder charges agents per listing so they don’t enforce anything, or punish false listings, despite it having a huge impact on user experience. Such an easy problem to fix as well!
Links problem
When receiving a link sent from someone else using the app, it redirects to ios app store even if the app is installed

Lease
I like this app and, i love their search filter, what I hate is they dont do clean business. They post properties with the property price, but when the costumer ask them if the property is still available, they will not give you the exact property with price they posted, then they will till the costumer to look and offer another property which is more higher, so if you guys do this unhonest business, what is the use of your filter and the property and prices?

Superb app 👍
Annoying
This app is very frustrating. When you type in the location it completely ignores it and brings up every property in the UAE! It doesn’t what what filters are set it still ignores the location.

Good app to look for properties
a good app and simple to use. also it seems develpoers have made great efforts to attempt to mitigate fake listings. the team at property finder also take action of reports

App is full of spam listings
No quality control, each listing that I reached out to was ‘not available anymore’. Old listings should be removed instead of being used as click bait by agents.

decent, but frustrating
frustrating as a high number of the properties are not available, equally a lot of the adds are not genuine, only by learning this the hard way do I now know that even certain pictures are old or of a different property. furthermore the app does not have a contact with WhatsApp option nor when you share a link for it provide a full link to the website, so if shared to someone without the app they are unable to see the details. It would be great to be able to mark/ report if the adds are genuine or not, it would also be great to be able to get full link to the add to shear..

the uae property market is like the wild west (or east!). this app helps me navigate the craziness of finding an apartment, which is amazing!
Agents lie about prices, moderators don’t care
It’s been 1 year since I wrote my first review and nothing have changed: - Agent still put random low prices for all the properties and don’t feel bad to say they’re wrong - Moderators don’t care about it, no one deletes wrong listings or punish agents
Recommendations
Hi, nice app but there should be filters for bathrooms and furnished / unfurnished.
No option to change target country
Once you’ve chosen a country when the app first starts there’s no option to change it. It’s quite frustrating, so I deleted it. The website is quite good, I’d give it 4 stars.
