good
a much better image viewer experience is really important , it is always tricky to view, zoom and control an image from master plans to photos of the properties.

Can’t save the details of my unit
The app was working fine but suddenly I am forced to log out, can’t sign in again and when signed in from a new account, I can’t save the details of my unit. Shame!
Nour Effat
I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Nour effat a great sales man Very supportive and helpful, was very oriented and knowledgeable about the project, i had a great experience which made me close a deal with him today
Response is too slow
I initially thought your system was impressive and professional, but this experience proved me completely wrong. I asked for a sales representative to contact me, and after waiting three days with no response, I had to escalate the issue. Only on the fifth day did someone finally reach out. On September 7th, I sent all the details and pictures of my apartment to be listed. Now it’s the 17th—ten days later—and nothing has been done. My ad is still not published because your sales team is “still pricing my unit.” Ten days just to set a price? That’s not only inefficient, it’s unacceptable and unprofessional. This kind of delay shows zero respect for clients and raises serious doubts about how your company actually operates. If this is how you handle something as simple as pricing and posting a listing, how can anyone trust you with real investments? Thank you, Nawy, for wasting my time and delivering such a disappointing experience.

Great app, highly recommend
Great app. Very friendly and easy to use. I like the fact that I don’t need to sign up to look at options. Some feedback: - need more images of the inside of properties on the listings - floor plan images are low resolution need to be able to zoom in and read the small captions. Quality improvement needed - would be nice to add some additional features: comparisons of different listings based on the criteria I’m looking for, price fluctuations if it’s a secondary sale etc

Nice
Easy to use and informative
Unresponsive agents
I inquired about 3 properties and only 1 agent reached out to to me for one of the properties and when I replied to his initial messages he left me on delivered and this was 2 days ago . Big waste of time for serious buyers .
Amazing
