Customer review
Best loyalty app the rewards are beyond
Useless
Today and for the first time after about 15 years of using mobile oil I wanted to begin using this so called “Loyalty program”. My car takes about 3.75 L of oil so every time I change oil there are some extra oil. So I always end up with 2 jerry cans of oil (4L ) after each time I change oil. And I had a can of gear oil left over too. So about 20 minutes ago ,I downloaded the app I created the account, verified my id, scanned the 3 codes and boom, my account got banned permanently! Without even a warning ! Called customer service and the representative told me it is banned permanently by the “Management” I told her I just created the account and these are my oil cans, she said you can register with another number but you can’t use this number. And she said she can’t do anything about it. Then who can ? If this is a loyalty program, guys, it defeated the purpose I know I am just 1 guy, but this very small interaction within 30 minutes you lost the “loyalty “ that you were talking about

Need more updates!!
The application is really hood and organized, but it doesn’t cover all the car brands, I have A Chery Tiggo and I can’t add a vehicle profile dince Chery is not a brand in the application.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great app and excellent service. Very easy to use and always helpful. Thank you, Mobilawy team, for the amazing work. Keep it up!
Problem in typing password
Can NOT type my password in the field!
M
The latest update is asking for ID and a photo with the ID, I find that a bit odd. You have verified our accounts with phone numbers and passwords. Why there’s a need for personal data like address, marital status and ID details etc.. Doesn’t make sense.
Smooth app
Very useful app and it helped me when I got my tire deflated driving in the highway
Not working
Log in failed every time as I couldn't insert your mobile number or password at all👎
Juhayna Station, 6th October!
For over a month now the station isn’t providing any services regarding Mobilawy App, all this time your Guys are claiming that the mobile phone is broken or out of order, however we tip generously.. it’s getting absurd and annoying actually.. Try solving this would enhance the experience to the max.
A Must-Have App for Every Car Owner
One of the most useful automotive apps I’ve used. The maintenance tracking and reminder features make it easy to stay on top of my car’s needs, and finding nearby Mobil stations and service centers is quick and convenient. The user experience is smooth, the interface is clean, and the regular updates keep adding valuable features. Great job to the team behind Mobilawy!
